Burt’s Bees Baby Shampoo & Wash, Calming, 21 Ounces (Pack of 3)

Broken bottle, bad packaging. Questionable product...smells very alcohol-like which any product of Burts Bees doesn’t at all smell like.

We love it so why 3 stars? We love this soap but the past two times we ordered it it has arrived with a broken nozzle. This past time they shipped it in a plastic bag. I would advise different packaging for a fragile nozzle.

re-ordered them for my puppy. these are great for their hair and skin.

I love the actual product, the baby wash, but I have purchased several bottles of their lotion and baby wash and their pumps are garbage, I tried to do a survey on here and twice it said my answers weren’t quality enough to submit and get rewards…. Guess they don’t like honest feedback! Again love the product hate the receptacle and pump it comes in!

So strange. Not a fan of this formula. Went back to the regular burts bees shampoo and you can actually see the bubbles. Im sure it still gets kiddos clean without the oxygenation, but call me crazy...my toddler likes suds. Im sure yours does too. He asked me not to use these anymore.

Feels watered down

I picked this soap by just walking through the baby aisle in a department store and smelling all the soaps. This one smells the best to me, and my kid seems to love it! Ive also used the oil in the bath when hes got a little dry skin. Works like any other soap to get the little ones clean. Ive also used it to clean some gunk out of his eyes (has a blocked tear duct), and it works really well for that without any irritation.
