Burt’s Bees Baby Shampoo & Wash, Calming, 21 Ounces (Pack of 3)

I love the actual product, the baby wash, but I have purchased several bottles of their lotion and baby wash and their pumps are garbage, I tried to do a survey on here and twice it said my answers weren’t quality enough to submit and get rewards…. Guess they don’t like honest feedback! Again love the product hate the receptacle and pump it comes in!

Product arrived damaged, looks like the package has been thrown around. While I like to return the product there is nothing to return but a bunch a cracked bottles and a bag full of soap

Love this line, but the calming version doesn’t create any bubbles the way the original version does. Bubbles that are created don’t last very long. Will go back to busying the original version.

The shampoo is great the bottles are horrible two of the pumps have broke in less than a month the bottles have to be second hand or something never had a problem with The first bottle purchased from the local grocery store

Product was watered now and there was no seal. It is clear it was intentionally watered down. Total scammers.

re-ordered them for my puppy. these are great for their hair and skin.

It smells so bad, worst part is, you cant return, it doesnt say that u cant return it. So now Im stuck with 3 bottles.
