Steel Cable. Not particularly sexy. Just strong, secure and excellent value compared to neighborhood hardware stores.

No one is going to cut through this without a lot of effort. I am really happy with this product.

Used it to lock up three Yamaha scooters so they do not roll away in the night. Lots of low lifers running around in the California (Welfare State) moonlight.
