After a decision to get back into martial arts (20 years), I needed new equipment as I sold off the old. Came across these gloves after someone suggested them. They recommended the 12 oz. Fit great. As Im waiting for the heavy bag to arrive, I couldnt sit any longer! I started beating on anything that I could! 2x4s, garage supports, trees, walls. Most anything with resistance. My hands are fine, the gloves look new. If I can add a picture later, I will. Train hard guys, these will take you through that journey!

These gloves are amazing. I got the 16 oz ones for sparring and they hold up like no other. The wrist support and the padding supports your hands and protects your partners face! Definitely going to be grabbing more stuff from these guys in the future.

The reason I got these was my wrists were becoming sore after hitting the bag with my Everlasts (no wrist bands I thought) but then after using these I feel like theyre way more secure. I can hit the bag noticeably harder too because the leather is so much better and a but heavier. Its crazy how much difference gloves can make. If youre on the fence do yourself a favor and just grab them!

These gloves are great! They fit comfortably and have a nice padding on the inside of them which helps a lot during training and practice. Highly recommend for anyone who does boxing, Muay Thai, or other martial arts!

I’ve used several brands like century, everlasting, and ringside. Ringside was my favorite but Byakko are my new high quality gloves. I was impressed with the level of bag work I was able to do comfortably. I don’t roll my wrists and the padding takes the impact from my punches beautifully. I haven’t worked on the bag for years and the quality of these gloves have me back in the gym enjoying myself. I highly recommend them!

Picked up these gloves to replace my big name brand (Venum) gloves that were worn out. Have already used these gloves for a couple of heavy bag sessions and have enjoyed them. I LOVE these boxing gloves. LOVE. Ive been on the hunt for gloves to hit my heavy bag at home for quite some time. I ordered this pair from Byakko. I couldnt be more pleased. Buy them. Seriously. Heres what I love (and I love a lot): Theyre very well made. They have a secure velcro closure around your wrist so you can put these on and take them off by yourself with no issues. Theyre very easy on and off. I used them to hit my Waveform heavy bag in my home gym. I was wailing on the bag and hitting it harder than I ever hit it before. I almost knocked it over. My hand and wrist felt protected the whole time. They really allowed me to unleash my power in my punches. Prior to this, I used a more MMA-style bag glove and my wrists and knuckles took a beating with those. I have large hands and bought the 16oz gloves and they fit perfectly. Not tight. Not loose. I also did not find the 16oz gloves to be too heavy to throw punches. Perfect weight. I love the thoughtful features like the bag these gloves come in. I took pictures of the bag because its a great way to store them and the bag is vented so your gloves wont sit in there with no air venting into the bag. Its a small thing, but its a thoughtful thing to add. If youre looking for a great pair of boxing gloves stop looking and order these. These gloves fit great when I first got them. They’ve become even more comfortable has they have broken in and still retained their protection. I always worry when gloves feel great before they break in as it seems they break down from a protection stand point. Wrist support is really good and the gloves are holding up very well. Great fit, feel & protection especially at the price point. Also look great if you care about that while sweating you butt off!
