> 24 hourSize down if youre in between sizes. I wish I wouldve gotten the size smaller because there is so much overlap that I cant quite get it as tight as Id like because I run out of Velcro. Otherwise works very well. Just a little hot when worn all day.

> 24 hourI am a long distance runner who is 21 weeks pregnant and bought this band after having mild round ligament pain with running. I have cut my distance down drastically since becoming pregnant, but I want to continue running for as long as I am having fun and am medically able. I have worn the band twice since I bought it and although I have mild issue trying to figure out the best position to wear the band, it has definitely helped! It fit exactly as I expected and I have plenty of room to grow as my bump expands.

> 24 hourThe item was great the first two wears then it became very lose. I don’t recommend using it while running or during exercise because it moves out of place, making it uncomfortable. I have resorted to only using it while I work, since I’m on my feet most of the day. I’m still I. Search of a good support belt while I exercise and run :(

> 24 hourLike the belly band; occupational therapist asked me to order one to lift belly for assistance in helping drain lymphedema fluid through groin lymph nodes.

> 24 hourRecommend by my doctor because I have EDS, and was great for first and beginning of second trimester. But the band is too thin, and does not support a growing belly. Also was disappointed in the durability for the price. The neoprene wrap starts to roll and get stretched out sooner than a typical brace should being that its meant to be worn for extended periods of time. Would only last one pregnancy. Would not buy again.

> 24 hourThis belly band is really thick and supportive. I bought this when I was around 18 weeks to help with round ligament pain. I havent used it much since baby was still sitting low in my abdomen and I felt like I was squeezing him in there. As he moves up and gets bigger, I think this product will really help hold my stomach up and hopefully prevent discomfort and stretching. I think this product can be used post-pregnancy or for men as well. It seems like it can offer excellent back support for those in need of extra assistance.

> 24 hourMedium is a pretty good fit- perhaps a little too large for a smaller pregnant lady in 3rd trimester. The only down side is you have to strap in and strap out every time you hit the head....but otherwise, has helped lower back pain a lot!

> 24 hourThis is exactly what I was looking for as a belly support. No bells and whistles, easy to put on and pull off. The extra support piece I havent needed yet but at 7 months I am sure I will need it going forward. I wrap it around the outside of my lulu lemons so its not against bare skin. Gives support and helps get moving around the house!!

> 24 hourI have a lot of pain just below my shoulder blades. This did not help. When Im standing at work, it feels supportive. After a couple hours it felt too tight and I took it off.

> 24 hourIt helps relieve some of the back/round ligament pain but its essentially a pricey back support belt...seriously just search back belt and save half the price!!!
