> 3 daySupports well, but seems like ill need the crotch straps eventually because the band causes pelvic floor pressure. Unfortunately the groin straps are not sold separately on Amazon. Otherwise I am happy. Good for back support on a long day.

Greater than one weekI ordered this band after being diagnosed with SPD during my 3rd trimester. The relief it brought was immediate and effective. I even wore it at night when it was really bad. It did not make me sweaty or anything. There is also a lot of videos that show how to wear it best. Im so glad I got it.

> 3 dayI recently purchased this band because it was getting too uncomfortable to workout/bounce around. I do crossfit and even the dynamics/warm up were getting painful at 23 weeks. Im now able to jog, jump rope and lift pretty comfortably. I really like that there are two adjustments. The first when you put the main wrap on, but then the two side velcros can be loosened or tightened as need during the workout without having to stop and remove the whole thing. Whatever kind of magic velcro used is awesome too! Its not hard to adjust, but also feels very secure. I wish I would have purchased it early, maybe around 19 weeks or so. Im 56, pre-pregnancy 134 and now at 23 weeks weigh 144. The medium fits great.

> 3 dayThis belly band is absolutely amazing! I got pregnant just when I started to train for the NYC marathon. Things were going well at first but I started to have hip pain two months in. Even though I didnt look pregnant I could feel my body mechanic changing. I got this band and got back into training without any problems. Unlike other belly bands Ive tried, this is the only one that offer solid back support and hip stabilization. I never experienced any pain or discomfort running with this band. It did get a little warm at times but it didnt bother me that much. And yes, I was able to finish my first NYC marathon wearing this at five months pregnant. Yay!

> 3 dayI am a nurse, pregnant with twins. I work 12 hour shifts. This belt reduces my round ligament pain and cramping so I am more comfortable at work. The belt is soft and not too hot to wear all day. It is easy to adjust. I would not order a size up, it is plenty big, and my belly is huge!

> 3 dayI use this belt primarily for running. When Im not pregnant I run ultra distances and wanted to at least keep up some running during pregnancy. I wear the band over the bottom layer of clothing (a tank top all summer) so I can adjust it more easily (especially after frequent pit stops). It did not get overly hot during the summer and did not chafe and is easy to put on and take off. It helps decrease round ligament pain (I dont think anything would completely eradicate it) and pubic symphysis strain and takes some of the load off the bladder plus I dont feel like the babys getting jounced around as much. Im short (53) and built like a runner and did not find this too wide at all. I got the medium and have plenty of room for expansion (currently 29 weeks 4 days). I havent had any back pain while running which may also be due to wearing the belt.
