> 24 hourI use this belt primarily for running. When Im not pregnant I run ultra distances and wanted to at least keep up some running during pregnancy. I wear the band over the bottom layer of clothing (a tank top all summer) so I can adjust it more easily (especially after frequent pit stops). It did not get overly hot during the summer and did not chafe and is easy to put on and take off. It helps decrease round ligament pain (I dont think anything would completely eradicate it) and pubic symphysis strain and takes some of the load off the bladder plus I dont feel like the babys getting jounced around as much. Im short (53) and built like a runner and did not find this too wide at all. I got the medium and have plenty of room for expansion (currently 29 weeks 4 days). I havent had any back pain while running which may also be due to wearing the belt.

> 24 hourMy wife really likes the extra support this gives her. The only downside is that she says it is still pretty warm despite being the sport version.

> 24 hourI was so upset about this belly band! Bought a 2x so I had more room as my belly grew (Im 26 weeks) the length is just as long as my king size bed is wide! It has no support! DO NOT BUY! The top and bottom dont hold anything in and the whole thing slides around just by walking :( see photos

> 24 hourLike the belly band; occupational therapist asked me to order one to lift belly for assistance in helping drain lymphedema fluid through groin lymph nodes.

> 24 hourI have a lot of pain just below my shoulder blades. This did not help. When Im standing at work, it feels supportive. After a couple hours it felt too tight and I took it off.

> 24 hourI am a 20-mile-a-week runner and though I love being pregnant, I never enjoy cutting back due to round ligament and hip pain. I am now 20 weeks pregnant with my 7th and the Cabea Belly Band is making it possible for me to keep running longer and feeling good! I am running a few less miles at this point to balance fatigue and loose ankles/knees, but my belly feels great! The band needs to be worn directly on your belly where it stays put perfectly (not outside your slippery workout clothes). I ordered based on my (16 weeks pregnant) waist measurement and the size was perfect-not too big, but with some overlap that should be good all 9 months. So thankful for the ingenuitive people that created this product so I can enjoy staying healthy!

> 24 hourAt the beginning, I thought it was a little pricey. But I would like to get one with good quality and can also be used after the delievery. And I am so glad I bought this one. I have been suffering the walking pain from my bone and ligament down from my private part since I was 20 weeks pregnant. After I started to wore the band, I could walk normally without feeling any pain. I always wear the band for my hot yoga practice . so far it has been great. I cant believe I waited this long to get the band. I didnt wear the band directly to my skin, so I dont feel the sweat or itchiness issue. For all the pregnant mommy, this is a must have item if you are suffering the lower back pain or pelvic pain. It is a life saver.
