Cable Matters 2-Pack 16 AWG Right Angle Power Cord (Power Cable) 6 Feet (NEMA 5-15P to Angled IEC C13)

I replaced the straight power cords on my oscilloscope and soldering station with these. The old power cords stuck out very far and made it unsightly on my workbench, these angled ones definitely helped reclaim some much needed tabletop area and prevents bending of the power cords whenever the equipment gets moved around walls or other equipment and tools. The wiring feels beefy and they don’t look, smell, or sound cheap when being installed.

Plugged it in to a wall mounted computer and it works great. Hasnt on started fire yet

These cords allow more room between rack mounted components the rack rear, as well as a more natural cord path. Also a great upgrade over the skinny 18 AWG cables that come with most hardware.

I ordered this for my studio monitors on the right and left of my workstation. This angled version allows me to have the audio and this power cable along the same routing to make a cleaner layout.

Perfect length and perfect 90 degree angle

Thick, sturdy cables. I only buy Cable Matters cables. Ethernet, power, doesnt matter. Before I buy anywhere else, I check to see if Cable Matters has it. These are great for PCs that are going to be close to the wall.

I bought these for my Ender 3 printers, because straight cables stick out too far and get in the way. Ultimately I went with shorter 18 AWG cables because these are thick and longer than I needed. Theyre very thick and a little bit inflexible as a result, so I wouldnt buy these for a situation where 18 AWG cable is sufficient. But if you need 16 AWG, these are sturdy and well-built.
