Ive used this through many years of diaper changes and it works great. I remove the old diaper, generously spritz this on, wipe with a wet washcloth, and put on the new diaper (we do cloth diapers and this doesnt leave any buildup or cause repelling issues on the diapers). It cleans well without irritating, and in fact seems to soothe the area if there is any irritation present.

Been using this since my daughter was a newborn. GREAT for BM used with diaper wipes or tissue. After using this, I use A & D Ointment. She has NEVER had a rash on her bum. This stuff is a great baby shower gift. No sting for my girl

I expected too much of this product, my toddler had a rash because I sprayed this product, I wasnt sure it was this, then I stopped , it got better through the days, then suddenly I sprayed when he had just a bit of rash and he made some faces, screamed and he moved to shut his legs. I felt uggly. It says is non burning but it does. I wanted this product be worth but no. Bad experience with this.

I use a little bit of this spray in water with baking soda and use this with reusable wipes to clean my baby at every diaper change because she has sensitive skin. Sometimes when things are real messy, I spray it directly on her and it doesnt seem to sting at all. It also smells very nice, and leaves the skin feeling soft. When I first bought this, I sprayed it on her at every diaper change, and that seemed to irritate her skin just a little bit (as I said she has VERY sensitive skin) so that is why I didnt give it 5 stars. Used sparingly, it works great and doesnt irritate.

Smells great and helps clean up great after a dirty diaper, but something in this bothers my son because sometimes he cries like he is in pain when I use it :( I have read other reviews that this seems to burn or sting, so I guess he is one of the ones who is sensitive to it. Will not buy again because of this, but otherwise, great product.

This product is simply amazing. You can mix it with distilled water and make your own baby wipes simple dimple. Smells great works great.

This spray is wonderful! We use water wipes, and this really helps to get stubborn poop off of your baby. Before I discovered this spray I would have to use multiple wipes and go over the area three or so times to get everything removed. This is magical- just spray over the area and it wipes completely clean in one try. I noticed some people said their babies cried when they applied the spray. We have only ever had that problem when it is a bit chilly in our house (and the diaper spray is cold) so I believe it is due to the temperature, not burning from the spray. When the house is warmer he doesnt cry at all.

This is the best product Ive ever used! My baby girl has not had one rash and she is 6 months old! I highly recommend this product as well as all California Baby products!! They are organic and green and that is most important! Green Mom...

Im unable to use commercially-prepared wipes as they irritate my skin and cause breakouts (bad place for breakouts!), so CB Diaper Wash is my go-to. It does not irritate my skin, no burning, no problems. Could irritate those sensitive to essential oils. The original formula/bottle used to say you could use it to clean cuts/scrapes, but they removed it from the packaging. I still use it to clean small scrapes with no issues. This product is very difficult to find in stores (used to be available at Target, Whole Foods), but Amazon is the only place I can find it any more. Its pricey, but Ive made my own in the past and still prefer this one. The locking spray cap means you can bring it with you in your purse or diaper bag and not worry about it spilling all over the place. Its a great product to help you feel a little extra clean.

Love this product, the baby (or you) doesn’t smell bad after poopy diapers!
