Greater than one weekNon sensitizing sunscreen (use it weekly for sailing and am very sensitive to various chemicals). Only downside is that you will look like a ghost, and the sunscreen leaves you feeling a bit sticky.

Greater than one weekI tried this on my babys skin, it looks greasy, feels greasy and just doesnt work. After only 30 mins in the sun my baby got a really bad tan like hes been baked in the sun for hours. I thought I didnt apply enough at first but after trying another sunscreen, the other sunscreen did protect him for hours. It wasnt fragrance free but the other sunscreen did protect him from burns and tans. So I decide to give this another try, even for a couple of minutes in the sun my baby got tan. Im really questioning what kind of sunscreen is this? The only reason I paid so much for a sunscreen because it stated no fragrance, non-chemical sunscreen, PABA Free, scatters & reflects UV rays, really? if it does what its supposed to do then how did my baby got a tan? it sure wasnt a fake tan. And though it states organic ingredients my baby broke out every time I apply this on him.

Greater than one weekThis is expensive and the consistency is somewhat thicker than my ideal would be, making it not the easiest to apply. However, I like that it isnt scented and it works extremely well. I wish they would divulge if they use nanoparticles as well, a key selling point for sunblocks.

> 3 dayWell, a little bit of this stuff goes along way as far. Very thick consistency, lasts about normal amount of time before its time to re-applly. I found this sunscreen on the EWGs e-mail newsletter on safe sunscreens. I was used to the big name, max SPF ratings but the EWG site told me I should be far more aware of the ingredients of the suncreen and the potential health hazard they pose. This ranked very high as far as minimal chemical absorption through skin and risk for hormone disruption is also lowered with the use of this suncreen. Heres the link to look at all of them[...] All in all, great suncreen, knowing now all the ingrediants have been tested and evaluated with this suncreen and also prove a very minimal health risk to myself and other loved ones. Wear your suncreen!

> 3 dayDefinitely leaves a white cast, so good for VERY white skin, or for babies. Not suitable for adult use in my opinion.

> 3 dayGood, didnt cause any allergic reactions. But much more grainy than last years formulation. Im disappointed and wont be able to use this on my face under makeup for that reason, although I still use it everywhere else.

> 3 dayI was shopping for a sunscreen that would not stain my clothing and this was pretty much the only one I could find; I can attest that it does not stain. However, I do find it difficult to rub into my skin and I truly have to wonder how mothers apply it their babies since it takes some effort to apply and to not have that white pasty look and it is a thicker product than I have used in the past. Aside from this it is a great sunscreen.

> 3 dayVery greasy and leaves a thick film that is very difficult to wash out. It left stains all over the leather in my car. We put this on our 3 year old as well, and I find smears of the stuff everywhere, and its very difficult to get out!

> 3 dayMy wife is allergic to something in the sun screen and we were finally able to find a product that she could use. The best thing about it is, we used it on the whole family while at a water park and it lasted in the water with no problems. No sun burns on either of us and both of our kids were protected. I read one review where someone didnt like the fact that it was so think. Frankly, I dont care if its think like glue or thin like water. As long as it does what its supposed to do. Maybe the thinkness is what helped it stay on in the water and protect us from the sun while we were playing all day in the sun and water. Way to go California Baby. The two things that I will say is a negative is that it is pricey and its not readily available at many local stores yet.
