Greater than one weekI bought this same cover (Camco) twice, about a year apart. First one had some cracks/slits on top after one year and I had to remove it to use the tire as a spare. Really destroyed cover by simply removing it. But, it was a cheap cover. Now, second one it has first slit on top after 14 or 15 months and it cost a little more. So, another brand may be better materials used and probably costs more. But I will just continue to buy this one.

> 3 dayThis is the second Camco tire cover I have bought in 3 years. With the high desert sun here in NM, if I can get a year out of a cover I think thats pretty good. I covered the spare tire with a trash bag before installing the cover this time based on other reviews here to try and stop the cover from yellowing. The last cover just started to fall apart from sun damage but for under 12 bucks this helps to protect the spare tire from sun damage.

> 3 dayNice for the cost I paid, could be a little thicker when compared to the VERY old one I took off that was finally starting to deteriorate. Im guessing my old one was much more expensive, but it was on my RV when I bought it. The cord pulled through as I was putting it on the spare tire, so I had to pull it back off, feed the cord back through and secure it. It wasnt stitched very well. I tied it off to the other end, so I dont think Ill have any more issues. Bottom line is its decent for the money.

> 3 dayVery good item for the low price, although I dont know how long it might last. Our old one (which we replaced with this new purchase) was about 12 years old and was badly disintegrating, resulting in my order of this replacement. It looks very good, but I dont know what the lifespan might be.

> 3 dayI have used Camco tire covers for quite some time. They seem like a quality product. However, I did have this cover start to rip at the seam. After further inspection, the seam was on the edge of the material and pulled through. I called Camco Customer Service and they had a new one to me within a week. Very helpful.

> 3 dayMaterial is good quality. Snug fit for my 98 Starcraft StarLounge pop up spare. Color match is okay. I might try the bright white next time.Expect to get a few years of service with cleaning and Armorall or some such product every so often. Will report back next spring. Shipping was fast but a little steep for standard.

> 3 dayLiving in AZ where the weather can get up to the 118s, we needed a cover for our trailer mounted spare so the sun didnt eat it up all summer. I looked on several sites and found this one on Amazon. The price is right, but I didnt know if it would be cheap. I was pleasantly surprised, it fit the tire nicely and since the trailer gets submerged I needed a cover that would drain well. This one does both jobs nicely. The cover is tight, covers the spare completely and if you position the slit correctly, drains quickly after being taken from the water. Good, inexpensive cover that does the job.
