It works well if you want to conect your macerator to you sewer hook up using a garden hose. Just snap out the little plastic pieces on the inside with pliers so it wont clog.

Disappointed. This CAMCO hose appears very durable and strong. However, it doesnt like to be uncoiled or stretched. It is very stiff, due to this and the coil memory it becomes very difficult to manage; especially if the need arises to stretch it out to the maximum length. If theres one place you DONT wanna hold up it is the line at the RV dump station. Fumbling with this hose is frustrating, but sure to keep those waiting entertained with your cussing and wrestling the orange Boa Constrictor. Also ours leaked severely at the TT fitting, no matter how tight I got it. Too late to return, so will keep it as an extension hose when needed for those long distance dump station water spigots.

Not only for rinsing sewer hoses out but you can hook this to the sewer clear elbow and hook up a water hose to it and the other end of the water hose hooks to the output of your on-the-go water softener so the regeneration process is going down the sewer not all over the ground. Think about it, it is endless what you can do without spreading contaminated water all over the ground! Hope this helps. Danny Ray.

I wanted a separate and distinct hose for black water tank flush and this hose is very good. I like the easy grip for tightening the hose. I’ve used the jet rinsed, but I’m doubtful it’s worthwhile. With the hose laying down I don’t think the spray pattern goes far enough down the hose to really work. Instead, I (mostly) fill and flush the black water tank a couple of times. I also rinse out the hose with a regular hand-held sprayer once I’m home - and then hang it to dry. I don’t recommend the jet rinser.

Good hose. Wanted to different color so I don’t confuse my drinking hose and black tank flush hose. This hose is very rigid, so if you are looking for something to be very flexible, this is not for you. However, this coils up nice and has nice fittings on the end without leaking so far.

This is the most amazing thing for campers. Easy to use and makes cleaning quick yet very thorough. It’s simply a must have.

The good: Fastens securely, ball valve works well, the clear elbow is great for seeing how clean water is. The bad: On the inside of the hose connection, there is a plastic piece thats in the shape of a cross or X. This clogs every time I use it with my Flojet macerator. Im a guy with short hair and thats appears to be what starts the clogging. When this happens, the clog causes a build up of pressure so be ready when you stick something in the four small holes to unclog it because black water comes shooting out. I ended up cutting out the cross piece and filed it smooth so theres nothing to block the discharge now.

Make’s it easy to clean your RV sewer hose. No mess or splatter.

This was a great buy and works great when flushing hose when breaking down camp.

Its about the most basic hose youll find. Not tough to cut at all, and it has plastic tighteners instead of metal. Spend an extra $2 and get one thatll last more than a few years, and wont have the tighteners break off in half that time.
