I once saw one of those electric backlit rearrange your own letters signs which read I wish I could afford all of the gadgets that are supposed to save me money. This gadget is not called out as a money-saving gadget, but the same underlying principle does seem to apply. Most gadgets are primarily designed to move money from the pockets of people who want to be impressed with the gadgets utility into the pockets of the people who designed and marketed/distributed the gadgets. I call into question the description of this product which states that it forces powerful jets of water into your RV sewer hose. In fact, it divides the water into four streams, but they are not particularly powerful. I have good water pressure at my house. In fact, I had to install a pressure reducing valve on my side of the meter to keep the water pressure from damaging my plumbing. I have it set at about 60 pounds. I have a spray attachment on the end of my hose that will shoot a jet of water about 40 feet. When attached to my water hose, this gadget divides the water stream into four jets that are angled outward, but they will only go about ten feet. It might clean the first couple feet of sewer hose. I guess from the perspective that you can attach this to your water line, turn a valve to start rinsing, then close it off again, this is a decent product. Its just not as big a deal as they make it out to be.

Sturdy, with good quality couplings. Red color distinguishes it from drinking water hoses.

Easy to use and does a good job

Camco hoses have about as bad a memory problem as any hose youll find. They work but they suck to handle.

I wanted a separate and distinct hose for black water tank flush and this hose is very good. I like the easy grip for tightening the hose. I’ve used the jet rinsed, but I’m doubtful it’s worthwhile. With the hose laying down I don’t think the spray pattern goes far enough down the hose to really work. Instead, I (mostly) fill and flush the black water tank a couple of times. I also rinse out the hose with a regular hand-held sprayer once I’m home - and then hang it to dry. I don’t recommend the jet rinser.

Does what its supposed to do

This is the most amazing thing for campers. Easy to use and makes cleaning quick yet very thorough. It’s simply a must have.

I got this hose to use for my automatic water fill for my pool. The orange is perfect so everyone can easily see it even at night. Its very durable and does not get bends in it.
