Bought as warehouse deal...Was new at a discounted price! so far its been great!

I filled it with water I put it on to see how it fit me and when I moved the water hose it broke

Bought this pack to carry tools and water on my mountain bike rides. Has room for more tools than I carry (tire pump, shock pump, tube, multitool, tire levers, snacks), and carries at least double the water that Ive needed for ~2 hour rides. Comfy, snug, effective. Get it.

Love the 3L capacity and the multitude of pockets. This was purchased as a gift and the recipient couldnt be more appreciative!!

Lacks the bells and whistles of hubbys bigger Chase Protector Bike Vest, his has pockets in the back, pockets on the front straps, etc. But as a result it is heavy and big. Hes fine with it but it was a bit too much for me. I prefer this streamed down version even if I have to give up some carrying capacity.
