I’ve bought this sketchbook many times (on Amazon and in person) and can speak to how thick the paper is supposed to be. It’s usually very sturdy and can handle pens, acrylic, charcoal etc The most recent one I received has extremely thin paper that bleeds excessively. I doubt it can hold any paint. Save your money and buy it somewhere else. This is either fake or they changed the product quality

The portability is amazing you can take it enywhere.this sketch book is great for beginners and experts.the versatility it okay watercolor will warp and marker will go through but not on the other page and great for ages

I love how it has pages that can easily be torn out, paper is thick and can be used with water colors, paints, permanent markers and it doesn’t bleed through. Doesn’t leave smudges when erasing, but I use the white erasers used for art. Paper does not tear when erasing or pressing down hard (which I do when writing or drawing) I really love the fact permanent markers and paints don’t bleed through at all!! I highly recommend this art book, could be used for journaling if you so wish, I write my poems and thoughts after I decorate it with my artwork. I give it 5/5 stars and two thumbs up! Great for beginner artists I’m not a professional or a beginner I make mistakes all the time and so I erase a lot, the paper is perfect for this because no ripping or tearing at all. Again I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this it’s perfect for all ages which age range would be 3-99+ age range. My “adopted” (my BFF daughter) is two years old and she loves to color and draw with me and she doesn’t get upset when I hand her a page or two out of my little art book because the paper doesn’t rip or bleed through on her and she smiles ear to ear when she colors with me more so when I hand her one of these pages.

Love this paper for art projects. The multi-media paper allows you to cut to size and run through your printer and then add paints, crayons, pencils, or markers to it. Very affordable for art projects. If using water based media, it will warp some but you can minimize it by taping the paper down to a surface when painting/coloring. This is not watercolor paper so you shouldnt expect the same results.

I bought this pad last year. This is perfect for sketching and using a watercolor wash. I love the spiral binding. HOWEVER, sorry to say Amazon, this is $3.00 cheaper at Walmart. I seriously sugges tthat Amazon start comparing their prices against Walmart and Target. They are catching up.

This mix-media book is great for water colors and acrylic paint!

I got this for my brother for his art class. He said that it works great and is just perfect for all the things he needed to do for class. It really helped that this is a multi-media sketch book.
