> 3 dayI adore this mixed media pad; its great for all the sorts of media I throw at it and its super low price makes it easy to use and abuse daily without guilt. I decorated the covers with my artwork as well and it held up nicely. My only complaint is the perforation causes the pages to fall out too easily and I ended up taping every single page in the book to keep it together. I wish Canson made this exact same pad without the perforated paper and Id buy them again and again. Alas, since the pages fall out, Ive started looking at other options.

> 3 dayIm just picking up watercoloring and got these for practice sheets. They work pretty well for that. It definitely buckles if I use too much water. Ive ended up letting my kids use it to paint, and it works great for them.

> 3 dayUsed to work with markers in common copy-Bond paper. Painting with Copic markers in the textured paper is a nice thing to do. Althoug there is bleeding in the back side of paper, this dont go to the next one. Texture is in just 1 side of the sheet.

> 3 dayThis paper is pretty nice. Great for mixed media projects. Ive even done light washes on this paper without buckling. You can feel a bit of tooth when you are drawing on it and I like that. The weight of the paper is a nice in between. Not light, has some weight to it. I bought 3 sizes for various projects 11x14, 9x12, 18x24

> 3 dayGot this in the mail today and took it to my friends house who has the same exact book and hers was thicker, could hold watercolor, ink, gouache, etc. with no bleed through. Mine was 2x thinner and looked like thin sketching paper. We immediately went to the art store and got me the REAL canson mixed media sketchbook. Would not recommend buying this at all. I feel like they take advantage of you and hope that you wont notice them selling you a fake and inauthentic product

> 3 dayI use these for ink, colored pencils, collage, stamping, watercolor, acrylic...pretty much everything. I have noticed that the smaller the book, the thinner the pages. That being said, they still hold up amazingly with almost all wet media. If Im even slightly concerned, Ill throw a piece of cardstock or plain printer paper in between the pages and thats all you need, but its rare.
