> 24 hourFirst off, Im a guy, so while this is a satchel/messenger bag, a lot of people (including my wife and kids) refer to it as a man purse or a murse.....whatever.....it works. Here in America, mens messenger bags are not hugely popular yet, but in England and Europe, they are as common as wearing shoes. I carried a full size messenger bag around Asia and while it worked well, it was just too big and bulky, and if you travel in the summer, there is no need to carry an umbrella, gloves, and the various stuff that you need in cold weather. Enter this bag. It is small enough to be quite handy yet able to carry a surprising amount of essentials. The zippered main compartment has two open pockets inside. One that fits a cell phone and a larger one that nicely fits a 12oz water bottle like my insulated Klean Kanteen, and one zippered pocket for your passport, wallet or other small items that you want to keep extra secure. There is a larger zippered pocket in the back that can fit some flat items (like my Pad mini) but is too small for a magazine. A small outside zippered pocket could possibly fit a Tap/Oyster card but I probably wont use it. The two pouches under the flap can be used for an eyeglass case but be aware that they have no zippers or snaps so things can fall out, but putting some type of snap on them would be, well, a snap...(sorry, I couldnt help myself). Also, those pouches fit my trusty 12oz stainless steel water bottle nice and snug, so that is where it will probably reside. And about that large flap and strap closures. Ive read here where some people feel its very awkward and inconvenient and if your using this bag as a purse where you get into it 100 times a day, then youd be right. But if you plan to travel abroad, you really need to understand that there are some very sneaky hands out there that easily find their way into open bags. Sometimes awkward and inconvenient can be a very good thing. When I see kids with backpacks and their water bottles and cell phones are sitting in the water bottle pockets, I cringe. Also, be aware that this bags material is pretty soft (but tough and seems quite durable) so there is no structure which I like. The color isnt really army green, but more of a brown. If your fashion conscious, then it might matter, but for me, its just fine. Overall, when I travel I much prefer things that work rather than things that were designed to look good but really dont work very well. I have a feeling that me and my murse are going to become close friends. Oh, and one more thing: Just remember that in most parts of the world, especially The UK and Europe, backpacks….even small ones…. are not allowed in museums, galleries, or in most cathedrals. Shoulder bags, sling bags, and messenger bags are OK.

> 24 hourBought for friend the bag is very nice heavy duty but at the top of the flap where the decorative leather tabs are, the tab on the left is not sewn and riveted in the same position as the one on the right, it is angled down and lower than the other one, the material underneath is pulled towards the center of the flap causing the seam underneath the leather tab to be crooked, and it is now causing the canvas to bunch up at the end of the leather, gives the impression the bag was hastily made with poor workmanship, as it is one of the first things people see. Also the leather tabs that the straps go into are not as straight as they shoud be. I would return it for a different one but I no longer have the packaging.

> 24 hourThis bag has a size which I feel the majority of the younger generation look for. Very sturdy and is built for a cool casual look. Wrap your dslr-50mm lens combo with a domke wrap and tuck it inside along with your other day stuffs and you should be good for a day out. Dont expect that it would be able to hold too many things but for regular stuffs it should be good enough. Perfectly priced and would last long for sure.

> 24 hourNicely made for the price and the perfect size for what I needed. I use it with a padded camera insert to carry my Sony A7R with lens attached, an extra lens and accessories. This is a fairly compact camera, but the bag could carry my pro DSLR with attached lens.

> 24 hourI use this bag everyday while running errands, and to the gym. I like it very much because of the canvas, strap, and buckle closure details, it has a lot of storage and pockets and is holding up well. I’ve also been able to fit my wallet purse, a makeup pouch, phone, and a book inside. It’s quite spacious. It’s comfortable both over the shoulder and cross body. Another thing I like is that it’s different and not one of those bags that everyone is carrying around. I’m enjoying it. Recommend.
