I definitely loved this idea but it was more of a hassle. Honestly just get a cheap stroller and rent a car seat at whatever destination you go. It was not as sturdy I had to keep tightening it and my car seat was too big for it to be attached to a carry on.

Its amazing how such a simple thing can be so unbelievably useful. We were going on a cruise with our toddler and knew we had to make some small walking trips between the port and hotels. With all the necessary stuff that comes with traveling with a toddler we were facing either expensive shuttles for ridiculously small trips, or risk trying to carry everything and wrangle the toddler at the same time. This thing allowed us to seamlessly connect his car seat to either our rolling carry on, or our one giant piece of luggage, and it ended up being strong enough that we could even stick our kiddos backpack in the car seat as we were pulling it. The design is so simple and its easy to clip on and off as we were going through security in the airport. Its always easy to figure out what goes where with very little searching, which is necessary during hectic times. Overall, this has allowed us to save a ton of money and made our lives so much easier during some of the most stressful times weve had with our toddler. Cant recommend it enough, its a must-have for us!

An absolute life saver!

A no fuss way to transport your child’s carseat. Slides easily through the lap belt pocket of the seat. With a length that gives extra room to accommodate a large piece of luggage and an extra large buckle this strap eases the stress of packing your child’s seat.

Simple belts/straps with buckles. Center of strap has a hook that you attach the back strap of your car seat to. You then pull down and it lifts the car seat up in front of the luggage. Buckle it, tighten and you’re good to go. It’s a simple mechanism but was SUCH a lifesaver going through one airport into another. It of course has to be detached to go through security and then again at the gate but it’s so worth the 2/3 min it takes to strap these down. You can even lift it high enough to just push your 4 wheeled luggage and it not touch the ground. We had a 4 wheeled luggage and also a 2 wheeler that was pulled at the angle. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have a Graco 4ever convertible car seat. If youre not familiar, its a BIG and HEAVY car seat with 2 cup holders! I used this for walking around the airport since we were using the car seat on the plane. It was great! Very simple to put together, but definitely practice several times before you leave for the airport. You have to separate the luggage and car seat when you go through security, and then quickly out your stuff together to get out of the way. Overall, very useful and I dont know HOW we would have managed to walk through the airport with a toddler and all our stuff had it not been for this strap. Its worth the money. Due to the size of our car seat, once we got on the plane, we couldnt just walk down the aisle to our seats. We had to quickly separate the luggage from the car seat and then carry the car seat down the aisle. This is why isnt important to practice put the strap on and taking it off quickly. The other passengers were nice enough to help us out but dont expect that people will carry your stuff for you. The strap will help you lug your car seat around, but it may be difficult once you get on the plane.

As always, things work better when you read the instructions. Our first time using it, the carseat hung down too far and swung around. It wouldnt have done that if wed used it properly, lol. But do be careful about letting the extra part of the strap dangle when youre pulling it. Ours got run over and destroyed, so we probably can now only continue to use it on smaller suitcases rather than being able to pull it to its full size for use on big suitcases.

I LOVE this strap so much. It made my traveling with a 2 year old much easier. Although I didnt use this strap to strap the carseat on the stroller I did use to strap it to the umbrella stroller that I also needed to take with me. It is very sturdy belt made of strong plastic harness. Absolutely recommend it!

Bought this to lug our convertible car seat around the airport on top of my carry on roller bag. The strap is barely long enough to accommodate our Britax Marathon Clicktight - I had to loosen the strap all the way and mount it basically on top of the suitcase for it to fit. By doing so, the car seat tipped over too far to accommodate my toddler inside while attached to the roller bag. (The manufacturer does not recommend keeping your baby in the seat when attached anyway, but it would have made my life way easier...). My giant car seat is also so bulky that it made the roller bag too front-heavy and if I wasnt rolling it and let go, it would topple over. All in all, it works great enough and makes convertible car seat transportation much easier... but it it were like 3-4 longer, it would have made my life awesome and I would be giving it 5 stars.

Made traveling with a carseat so much easier! Strapped on and off suitcase easily for going through security. Left it strapped on through the airport & then was fast & easy to unstrap before boarding plane, for carrying the car seat through the tight aisle (or plane-side check, if you prefer). We had 2 convertible car seats. We strapped one to our carry on suitcase and used a backpack for the other. (The backpack is heavier, but having one on rolling suitcase and one backpack gave us the most flexibility for makeup through airport with 2 car seats.) Worked perfectly for our needs! Definitely recommend.
