> 3 dayWe decided on a recent trip that we would bring our own car seat instead of renting one from the rental car company. This strap made things SO much easier travelling through the airport! I saw a few other parents struggling with carrying their car seat and their luggage and many of them made the comment on how they needed to pick up this strap too for their next trip. Its bright, easy to use, and most importantly, durable! I preferred this buckle over some of the other car seat straps Ive seen, since it makes clipping it on and off really easy. As far as I know, it works with a carry on luggage size, not sure if its long enough to fit around a full sized suitcase.

> 3 dayTakes a little practice to whip it on and off so I suggest practicing using it and taking it on/off at home first but it was fantastic! Attached it to carryon and gate checked. Worked like a charm and cheap!

09-06-2025We used these straps when we took our kids on their first airplane trip. They worked great for the car seats. It took a second for us to get them adjusted right and they worked best if we snapped them high around the handle of the luggage. In the future, when the kids are old enough to not need car seats, I can see these being beneficial to hook smaller luggage to the larger luggage so you only have to pull one handle.

Greater than one weekThis strap made carrying our travel-friendly convertible car seat (Evenflo Maestro) so much easier. I was worried it wouldn’t work with a smaller carry-on suitcase but it worked great and it freed my hands as saved my back. I checked the seat at the counter since my son is too old to use it in a plane but it wouldn’t have been an issue to travel through the airport with it if needed. Since the suitcase is on the shorter side, I did have to make sure to pull the suitcase at an angle when moving so it didn’t scratch the bottom of the seat against the ground (vs rolling it while upright). I don’t believe this would be necessary with a bigger suitcase. Wish I’d bought this earlier in our travels. We previously used the bag we bought to protect the car seat and carried it as a back pack. But carrying a seat that way is heavy and also keeps you from being able to carry an actual backpack.

> 3 daySo I actually used this to attach a Cosco Scenara NEXT to a Summer Infant 3D Lite Stroller. I had taken my 9 month old to Europe a couple of months prior and was determined upon our trip to the Philippines, to bring our own car seat. I had read that car services there tend to lack car seats for rental use. This belt, though cited for luggage, worked so much better attached to a stroller. It was a makeshift travel system. It made going through the airport with the baby, car seat, hand carry and stroller all manageable with one hand. I tied the length of the belt around the car seats belt hooks on either side and around the back of the strollers aluminum sidings. Then the top of the belt connects through the backend of e stroller to the car seat tether. Both parts of the belt are adjustable, so you can tighten to your desire and be secured knowing the seat has 2 places that it is secured at. I used it this way with the baby secured to the car seat. We flew multiples Domestic destinations while within the Philippines, using this method. This belt is amazing! Other parents asked about it; and wished they had known about it. I love this thing and hopefully after the pandemic dies down a bit, we can make use of it back in Europe as well!

> 3 dayI used this strap to attach a convertible car seat to an umbrella stroller, specifically the Cosco Scenera NEXT Convertible Car Seat (FAA approved) to the Summer Infant 3D Lite. It worked perfectly. We knew we wanted/needed both the seat and stroller, so this was a great solution for ease of travel. I slipped the strap through the back of the car seat, around the sides of the stroller, then clipped it in the back. Next I took the car seats top tether anchor and clipped it to the small loop on the strap, then tightened all straps to secure as best as possible. No doubt it does not get as tight fitting as in your car, but my active 22 mo LO was comfortable, secure, and happy all through the airport and car rental journey. If you are interested in having your LO fly in their own car seat, this strap is a great way to go!

> 3 dayThis was very helpful in securing the car seat to my luggage but on the way back we lost it somehow and it turns out it was a bit easier to just put the car seat on top of our carry on as the aisles on the airplane are super tight and we held up the people behind us because we needed to unbuckle the car seat to carry it on because it didn’t fit through the aisle that was the biggest problem for us just a heads up if your car seat is in the bulky side. But other than that it is very functional

Greater than one weekYour luggage must have a side handle so it wont slip, some carryons dont have this. In case you want to attach it to a large luggage the cord may not fit. Some carseats are longer and bulkier and might scrape on the floor. There is no way a kid can sit there while you tow, your luggage will break.
