> 3 dayBeware!! Much smaller than expected and pricey for what you actually get. Not soft like I expected and barely covered the bottom of my cage. Definately not paying $9 a week for this again! Ill be going back to my aspen bedding, $5 bag is twice this size and will last a month.

Greater than one weekI always buy paper bedding for my Guniea pig, and made the mistake of thinking that the bag I ordered for $11.99 would be about the same size bag as I have bought before for the same price. I was wrong. This bag is the size of a cereal box. Very expensive for what you get.

> 3 dayThis is great if you’re mixing it with something else. It doesn’t absorb as much

> 3 dayGreat absorbency and quality. It does have to be fluffed more than some other litters I have used. Not sure if its bec of shipping or just extremely tight packed. Without fluffing it doesnt absorb as well and clumps

23-11-2024My guinea pig died shortly after I used this product. I had him for 3+ years, he had been in some tough situations in the past and made it through but randomly died after I put this bedding in his cage. I do not know any scientific facts as to why but it was too late once I figured it out. PLEASE DO NOT USE. I do not leave bad reviews but this one hit home so I thought it may spare someone elses little fury friends life. DO NOT USE. Go to petsmart or petco, spend a little extra money but it is WAY worth it in the end. I felt like crap for days because of saving $10 damn dollars.

> 3 dayFor some reason, this bedding. Works better than the others. Is it the color? So weird. I prefer the gray color but bought this to try since it happened to be cheaper when I was looking for rabbit bedding. Seems to absorb better and have better odor control than the other colors (gray, original). I dont need to use as much bedding so thats great too.

> 3 dayThis is a very economical option, but I noticed that my daughters hamster is covered in little lint fibers some of which could probably get into his eyes and cause actual harm. Im not looking to have to take a hamster to the vet for an eye infection. This really never occurred to me as something I should be considering when buying bedding, but its a concern now. Even though Kaytee is more expensive, I think its a better option being that they have 99.9% lint-free bedding.
