The product is great and definitely has beneficial features. I returned the 1st because of the smell and the replacement had the same smell. I needed to leave it open for 2 weeks hanging in front of a fan to get rid of it. It might have been fabric treatment.

The material smells horrible!! I hung it in my garage for a couple days hoping to air it out but ultimately had to send it back. There was no way I was going to put any garments in this bag given the awful smell.

I’ll start by saying this bag is beautiful! I purchased it for a vacation that my husband and I are taking in a few weeks. Instantly out of the packaging this bag has a foul smell. We have aired it outside for almost a week now with dryer sheets in the pockets and it has not made a big enough difference that he would feel comfortable packing his clothes in. We’ll give it a few more days, if no improvement, it’s going to be returned! I’m so disappointed!

Everything looks expect it arrived without the shoulder strap.

For the price, I didn’t expect it to be great, but the zipper pulls are weak and broke the first time I used it. One was broken when I received it. Another broke off in my hand. I’d gladly pay more for better quality
