I just bought this 24” luggage based on the sleek looks and good reviews. My 12 year old daughter picked it out and I do admit it does look pretty nice. However, it felt a bit flimsy when I got it and the quality proved to be very poor. I used it on 1 flight and it got the huge dent in the corner as you can see in the picture. I’m a reasonable person and I expect luggage to get banged up on flights. I’m also a frequent traveler so I do have experience with various sorts of luggages. This is the first time I’ve ever seen damage like this. And this is the most expensive luggage I’ve ever bought! Meaning you can get much higher quality luggage for prices way cheaper than this one. I contacted customer service and their response was that this isn’t covered under their warranty. So that’s $180 down the drain for me. Now I need to buy a replacement and no way I’m buying anything from this brand again. I’ve got 3 kids that are getting old enough to warrant their own luggage so I also think it’s foolish of them to lose this potential revenue just to save on a warranty claim. Buyers beware - these luggages won’t last!

Extremelly easy to navigate in crowds, on the street, airports, etc. Easy on escalators. Because all the weeks turn makes this an excellent purchase. Easy to go from pull along to straight up. I purchased mine in 2021. Fits in most overhead compartments. Highly recommended.

I had high hopes for this suitcase until its maiden voyage. Baggage handlers managed to rough this bag up on it first journey and now here we are. Im bummed because I was hoping to have this suitcase for years to come. I should have spent more money. Its not as durable as it should be. Beware.

Sleek design, super quiet, seems durable! First trip ended up checking all the boxes, checked bag, over head bin, through airport, over cobble stone, up stairs. Passed every test while looking good and rolling so incredibly smooth and quiet!

I have used this on several day trips. It has held up well and has made it through at least 5 trips with airport luggage handlers. Its the perfect size for a carry one and the design allows me to maximize space.

I bought the suitcase in August of last year and have used it twice. As I was unzipping the suitcase last week I noticed the outside zipper pull was missing - there should be 2 and now theres only 1. Ive emailed the company and Ill let you know where we stand once they respond.

The suitcase came in a box that was in a box. Neither of the boxes had any signs of damage. Inside I received a suitcase which was absolutely thrashed. Multiple large cracks, dents, scuffs, holes, etc.

Extremely poor quality for the price. Paying over $100 with something that came with a crack.

Zipper broke first time I used it ! Small one was not used . Did not put much in it . Didn’t like it bad Quality ! I would like a refund!

We bought this for a trip to Alaska when we had very few spaces to store things. I could stuff and stuff things into this and it always closed no matter how much. The lock was super easy to set and use as well! Gave me great peace of mind knowing all my important stuff was in here!
