> 3 dayI like these masks for my pink nosed paints. They do a good job keeping them from getting sunburned. The nose piece usually only last one season, though, if the horses are out in pasture.

> 3 dayNice quality mask, though it seems to run big. My AQH mare has a rather large head, and the regular horse size is a bit big. It still works, and hopefully will stay on. It covers her white, sunburn-prone nose completely, and thats important. Happy with my purchase.

> 3 dayThis fit my horse perfectly except around the nose. The adjustment Velcro needs some help to prevent the webbing from fraying or tearing at seam when the poor fit adjustment let’s the horse rub it off. My horse is a Medicine Hat tobiano saddle horse with a slim nose. The long nose horse size fit perfectly except around the nose and the adjustment Velcro wasn’t adequate for a fit that wouldn’t allow her to rub the whole thing off. After some fiddling, we rigged it to be tighter and she didn’t rub it off again(yet). I noticed a slight fraying at seam on nose piece from that one rub-off. Maybe greater care could be taken at seams. Horses WILL be horses!

> 3 dayIve bought these masks for 3+ years for my horse that gets bombarded by flies. I tried a few other ones but the Cashel long nose is the best protection I have found. It cannot protect her 100% if they go below but it shields most of her face from those pesky critters.

> 3 dayDidnt last as long as I expected it too. Started coming apart where the Velcro strap is. Very hard to clean and get the smell out.

Greater than one weekReplaced a worn out mask with this one and my mare has not yet removed it. Two thumbs up for that~

> 3 dayBottom line: A little long on my very average sized horse. Not bad at all tho. After about three months the mesh has started to separate from the nose seam but she wears it 24/7 except when being ridden. Grazing about half of that time. So lots of wear. For the price, it’s been great. No other visible wear other than the nose area. Will buy again next summer. A very great buy for the price. I bought this for my painted Bavarian WB. She’s got a pink nose and is turned out from about 3pm until the morning so sun burn on her nose is a concern. Last year she had a normal fly mask that didn’t extend to the nose and I was constantly fighting sweat and grazing to keep a cream on her pink nose. This year we have no sunburn and no icky creams! This mask solved our problems. I’ve had it about 3 months now and the mesh is starting to come apart at the nose seam. She is not hard on masks, halters, etc but like I said, it is a little long for her face and she grazes on pasture 7 days a week and the only time she’s not wearing it in the summer is when we ride. So, it’s getting a lot of wear. Over all, will probably buy again next summer!

> 3 daySo wanted to love these cause they fit the QH horses pretty good, nose guard was about 1 inch to long but that was ok, the PROBLEM is they are not durable at all ! They were ripped within 2 days !
