very nice action on the locks, and rolls easily with a 400 lb saw on them. locks hold extremely good. i will buy these again.

These casters are really well made but the design had me question their ability to handle load. The top plate is a rectangle that is well above the wheel axle only when at 0 and 180 degrees. At these position the load is solidly above the axle. As the wheel is turned away from 0 degrees, the load swings away from the axel. At the worst position, 90 and 270 degrees out, the center of the axle is dead center on the edge of the top plate. Thats still putting the load on the very edge of the top plate but just barely. I like a bit more wiggle space. This works, and the wheels drag and swivel well, Im just concerned that a lateral force will ultimately knock the leading bolts out. Solution? Use incredibly strong bolts and washers. These do well as workshop casters but 3 are a bit small. The locking mechanism is very easy to operate and works better than most of the casters Ive installed.

These work great for my workbench. More than sturdy enough to handle the weight of the bench and whats on it. Shipping was super-fast.

There are tons of options on Amazon for 3 and 4 locking casters, but this one comes with all the hardware! Plenty of lag screws and washers.

My hobby is woodworking and I have a well equipped shop. Just about all my heavy equipment is on casters with top mounted locks so I can move it for cleaning or repositioning for a specific project. These are well made, premium casters with double ball bearings at the axles, just like a lot of other casters this size available at this price point. What sets them apart for me at least is how easy they are to unlock. On all the other casters I use the lock is so tight that I have to use a little hoe to reach down and pull up the lock. On these however I can easily unlock them with just the tip of my shoe: not exactly an Earth shaking advantage but quite convenient nonetheless.

I’m using a set of these casters on a roll around brake lathe workbench with easily 400 lbs or more of total weight. The wheel material is excellent. It’s just soft enough to roll around a garage floor easily and not so hard that it locks up on a zip tie or piece of gravel. I’d prefer a set of four with two non-swivel locking and two swivel locking for better directional stability... you can’t lock the castering function without also braking the wheel on this style caster. Just a nitpick. I truly like these and they’re an excellent value for a high quality caster set. The included hardware is a nice touch too.

I used these to build a 2 person kayak rack to hold 6 kayaks. The wheels are easy to install and include everything needed to install with two options for either wood screws or nuts and bolts. Great easy install and operation.

These brought new life to an old tool box! They came with hardware! They roll very easily! Very sturdy, bearings spin flawlessly.
