Exactly as described. Great game. Good buy.

Product is exactly what I expected however check what version of the original game you have. I have the Mayfair edition so the cardstock material is a bit thicker on these than my edition and the designs are different. Doesnt negate from the playing experience however just makes explaining harder than it already is haha. Very happy I bought this! Fun to use even if less than 5 people

Perfect addition to the game!

The rules change in 5-6 player so that it allows every player the ability to trade after each players turn. This is so the 7-card-bust rule is still managable. In my opinion this ruins the game. It is still an okay version of Catan, but completely different in strategy from the original. Adding 2 players changes the base dynamic of the game? In my opinion they could have written the rules better. Me and my friends played it once, maybe twice, and decided that it was more fun to play regular 4-player Catan and switch off.

Came as described and all the pieces aligned perfectly with the original board. Pretty fun expansion to the game.

Really fun strategic game. Trade with friends, or out an embargo on them. Which ever you prefer. Who to make roads, settlements, or developments. All while collecting resources.

My extension was purchased over a year ago, back in 2020. I never really looked at it until recently, because I purchased the seafarer 5-6 extension yesterday. Well, it turns out the pieces are all slightly off color, the wooden roads and buildings have an oily paint instead of a solid vibrant color like the base game, the building cost card has a typo, the cards feel slightly off and discolored so they dont match the base cards... I could go on and on. Worst of all, this was sold directly from Amazon, so Im not sure how Amazon is getting counterfeit copies, or Catan Studio is just that bad at producing the game. I love Catan, but I feel like Im staking a risk buying their products now. On a positive note, Amazon actually gave me 25 dollars in credit to purchase it again even though I bought it in Dec 2020. Extremely generous of them. So, Im taking my chance again and I hope the copy I get tomorrow is better.
