> 3 dayWhen I opened up the box I saw that the bag it came in was unzipped. I thought maybe it happened during shipping but after I looked through the items in it, I realized I only received 3 of the items advertised. The thread, hoops, and material. No needles or other instruments.

> 3 dayThis kit came exactly as described. All the threads were labeled with the DMC colors, which made it really easy for me to find the right colors as I started my first project. I wish there were a little more robust instructions on how to cross stitch that came with the kit. But for the money spent, the quality of the materials is incredible and I have everything I need to get started.

> 3 dayI love this kit!!! It has everything you need for a beginner. The only thing I would say is buy cloth along with it. I also brought backing paper, it was easier for me to use due to the fact that these have little holes in it making it harder to do circular things

> 3 dayEs un excelente Kit para principiantes, muy completo. Realmente lo recomiendo. Quiero adentrarme en el mundo del bordado y este kit es muy económico comparado con los que venden en mi país.

> 3 dayMy daughter has been expressing an interest in learning to embroider and I bought this as a test run. She loves it and has started embroidering tshirts and whatnot of hers since learning how to do it. I definitely recommend this as a beginners item. Shes hooked :)

> 3 dayThe supplies are amazing for a beginner like myself, but some products were not the best. Some needles broke and could be improved but overall it gives you everything you need.

> 3 dayI started my first embroidery project with a small hoop and a few skeins of DMC floss I bought at a craft store. I loved it so I bought this kit to prevent a bunch of trips to the store. It comes with a lot of stuff, more than youd really need for embroidery but there are some good general tools to have. Unfortunately the quality is not up to par. I was not able to get the hoops as tight as the one I bought at the craft store. There is a big variety of floss, but its not as nice as DMC. I was able to thread my needle with the DMC floss without much problem but it was almost impossible to thread the floss from this kit without a needle threader. One of the needle threaders broke within a few hours of stitching. The floss in this kit is much less slick and got caught on rough spots on my fingers regularly. I found myself reusing the same colors of DMC thread I had for other projects because its so much easier to work with. I might try using the wax that was included in the kit but unfortunately it looks like Ill be making another trip to the craft store before my next big project.
