Centric 2 Hardside Expandable Luggage with Spinners, True Navy, Checked-Large 28-Inch

Handle did not work….return package outside my house same day and no one has picked up in over a week!

Have been on several flights since I purchased this bag, I would not have expected it to fail like this. Its actually cracked at the top adjacent to the handle. Anyone know how to file a warranty claim? Thought Samsonites were better than this. Maybe I got a bad one?? Aside from that the bag is great, just isnt lasting near as long as I would have expected. Still have a beat up off name brand thats still in one peace unlike this much more expensive one that failed in less than a year of use.

Looks good and great size for overhead bins. Perfect travel case.

Size is good but material is thin/cheap

What I really like was the overall feel and build of the suitcase. Something that I thought could’ve been don’t a lot better was the feel and durability of the handle. It is lose and rattled with every pull. Might be something that breaks down the line

DO NOT BUY THIS SUITCASE! It broke the first day I used it. I bought it in advance of a trip, and once I was traveling and it broke, the return window had closed, and the only recourse they suggested was to send me a replacement wheel. How could I receive it while on the road, and how could I replace it myself? I had to buy a replacement for another hefty price. What a ripoff.

Pre-pandemic I travelled freqiently. This spinner is perfect for plane, train and automobile. Solidly made it rolls and spins smoothly and fairly wuietly. The handle telescopes. I did initially have some issues with it staying extended but that resolved. The zippers, inside and out, run smoothly.The interior is nicely designed. The lining is light colored making things easy to locate a. One side has zippered mesh and a zippered pocket. The other has straps and the charging dystem. The system consists of a cable and a cloth envelope. You provide the battery/ power. The outside is hard and has withstood some bumps anf bangs without marring or damage. It is sturdy. Capacity is sufficient for a short trip, i.e. 1-3 days st most. Capable performer.

Samsonite Centric 2 Hardside is well made, spacious, light weight and everything a traveler would want to bring around with. Best part is that the spinner moves at every angle but does not move too much. This really helps when maneuvering in different settings so that the luggage can be controlled and in view. Looks great and matches easily with whatever luggage we have (blends in with our set). Great piece for sure with lots of room.

I was very excited for my new suitcase and carry-on, and spent almost $250 with them on sale. On my first trip using my carry-on, I opened my carry-on, and all of my clothes came flying out. I discovered that they installed the inside upside down. I contacted them two times and no response. Very disappointing.
