It came in good condition but wanted the TSA lock. Stated it came with it. Shows in pictures. It does not have them.

I’ve used this for less than a year (~5 trips) and the zippers have come off of the tracks and the ribbing exposed. I am not rough or ungentle with my luggage. This is a waste of time. I also noticed the paint was wearing off but that was cosmetic.

Its a Samsonite trusted brand. Everything that I thought it would be, it was and more. It is spacious and roomy in the inside and well made all all over. The straps on the inside are strong and sturdy. I love, love, love the zippered section on the opposite side of the strap side. My old luggage had straps on both sides. Since this has a zippered section, my clothes dont fall out and are more secure. The suitcase has deep design ridges on front and this will help from getting scratched up. Everything works as it should, the wheels roll smoothly and just glide across the floor. The handle pulls up and retracts when needed. The suitcase expands for more room (and its already roomy) and I love that it has a USB port that is actually hidden. It has a cover to go over the port in case you dont want it exposed and the cord has its own little pocket inside of the suitcase. Visually, it is a very professional looking piece of luggage. Actually, its quite impressive at first glance. Its a Samsonite and it has its branding all off the luggage in such a subtle way. For me, it checks all the boxes. Ive used it twice in the past 30 days and Im quite pleased

What I really like was the overall feel and build of the suitcase. Something that I thought could’ve been don’t a lot better was the feel and durability of the handle. It is lose and rattled with every pull. Might be something that breaks down the line

Purchased other no-name brand and they were destroyed by the baggage handlers in just a few months.

When my bag came through baggage claim the zipper ripped threads ripped apart.

This seemed fine but then circumstances ... changed. Had to return it but would buy again.

I have had luck with Samsonite luggage for years now so I purchased this on in the color black for a family trip for my toddler. Upon arrival to the first destination, to my dismay, I found that one of the side bumpers had come off and two sharp screws that were previously attaching such bumper were poking through the side of the suitcase. Unfortunately, I realized this only as it was piercing through the skin on my dads chest as he was lifting the bag from off the carousel. This is outright dangerous! I am very upset that this suitcase did not even make one full trip before breaking, furthermore it left some nasty piercings on my father who is a senior. I’m not ok with this! I would not recommend this suitcase to anyone.

I travel a lot and my cloth suit cases get broken and torn. This has held up very well now for at least 4 flights. Perfect size to keep me under 50 lbs but not so small that I need a second bag.
