I loved my luggage set. But I brought the cover to protect and was perfect.

I used the luggage one time and the handle broke off. I read other similar reviews that I wish I had read prior to purchasing.

Durability of the zippers is an issues. Under 50 uses and the zipper doesn’t work

This is a great carry on suitcase - an improvement over the one my wife bought a couple of years ago since the side carry handle has been added. Very light compared to my previous canvas one.

Handle a little lower than I would like, but works well, well packed

Great suitcase...until the zipper broke after 3 uses. Had to leave it in airport and buy duffel bag. I have “no-known brand” suitcases and they’ve lasted for years.

The TSA lock wouldn’t work. The lock would open on any number. I read all the instructions and try set it didn’t work at all. Very disappointed!

I only bought it last July which means its only been 6 months ago. Ive only use it few times (less than 6). My luggage now has about 2 inches crack on the top middle section of the luggage.

DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!! I spent over $500 on 3 pieces of luggage. When it arrived, I looked at the outside and inside, Luggage is not something you use all the time. So I did not notice the TSA lock was defective. Amazon refused return, replacement, and refund!!
