> 3 dayThis might be the lightest weight hard-side set of suitcases weve ever seen. But the lightness doesnt mean weakness. The suitcases look strong and should stand up well to the rigors of air travel.

> 3 daySo we were so excited about our new luggage. When we started packing we realized that the straps and netting are VERY necessary in luggage that opens in the middle. When you open or close the suitcases all of your items are moving with it. So all your items need to be very secure so they don’t go flying when you open or close the suitcase. So we are a week into a month long trip and the stitching on the netting is starting to undo and unravel. Pictures are included. It is a problem since we have 6 destinations and will be in and out of the bags and the inside is already starting to fall apart.

> 3 dayEverything met my expectations. Mobility even beyond expectations ! But No instructions to set the TSI locks ?? So a bit of an inconvenience to have call for instructions.

> 3 dayThe suitcases’ zipper runs straight down the middle, dividing it into two equal halves. Sounds great... then you have to close the suitcase and one side has to get inverted and everything falls out of place. One side has a strap that doesn’t hold things in place very well. And the other side has a zipper net that slightly contains things. I would definitely not recommend this suitcase and wish I could return it.

Greater than one weekThis suitcase has a combination lock that holds the zipper pulls in place to prevent accidental opening but positions the zipper pulls on their edges in a vulnerable position. First round trip, no problem. Second round trip, the luggage arrived at the destination with both zipper pulls free of the lock. The lock itself now opens regardless of where the combination is set. On the return leg, I handed over the luggage with both zippers pulls locked. Upon receiving the luggage back at the end of the trip, one zipper pull was completely missing. If you look at the position of the zipper pulls when locked, it is easy to see how they would be very susceptible to potential damage in the course of normal luggage handling by airlines. I would say it’s not a question of if it will happen to you, but when. Also, one of the wheels no longer casters properly making it hard to roll the luggage on all four wheels making the only reasonable option to pull it behind you on two wheels. Both problems occurred on only the second trip with the suitcase.

> 3 dayI used this luggage only one time on a trip to Italy which lasted one week. The handle broke off when we arrived. So we had a one sided handle for the whole trip. Then on the way back the zipper broke and our items came tumbling out. This was a waste of money and to put it mildly was highly inconvenient. I will stay away from Samsonite at this time and I really think I should get a refund!
