Why do they use woodscrews for the handles? came off of the baggage carrier with no handle. Bought replacement handles on Amazon (important to get the right size handle) Even though I got the wrong size handle, it uses 2 out of the four machine screw and bolts. No problems. The push button for the handles are very sensitive. There are a lot of black roller cases on the baggage claim, stickers wont stick to the sides. The mismatched replacement handles help. Maybe I should try paint or something. Other than that, it beats the over sized gym bag I was using.

I have used Samsonite luggage for a long time... This case mad 3 trips total and cracked on the third one. thats about $33.00 per trip... If this Brand has been reduced to this, I wont purchase another one from them.. It says 10 Year warranty but no way to write up a return is offered here... garbage.

Survived 2 weeks in Europe. Wheels took a lot of cobblestone punishment and still work fine.
