Buy this product if you are going to Italy. Simple as that: flawless.

First one I received was broken (something was banging around inside) but the second one was fine. Worked well in Israel, and I especially liked the two USB ports, although having them on the bottom of the unit was inconvenient.

The adapter plug is exactly as described and appears to be very well made. I purchased it for a trip to Germany next month so I have not had an opportunity to use it yet. I am not anticipating any problems with it.
