Love the looks of the bag, it rolls nicely. Nice storage on the interior. But the first trip I took, I had to valet my bag because the plane did not have adequate storage for carry on roller bags. I now have a pretty good dent/crack in the exterior of the bag. This bag would obviously not hold up at all if you had to check it. I think the outer shell would crack the first time they threw other bags on top of it. This is an expensive bag, I am going to try to contact the seller to see what I can do. I am not happy.

We bought this luggage to replace a former Delsey luggage because we liked the quality. The size and looks were great. We fit a weeks worth of clothes/shoes with no problem. Each side has a zipper cover along with the belted strap so things stay put. Maneuverability through airport/hotel was good. We had an issue on a flight from Honolulu to Maui, when we picked up our bags we noticed the outside of the bag looked like something spilled on it. When we got to hotel and opened the luggage, whatever it was that spilled onto the luggage leaked inside through the area where the decorative strap is attached to the bag (attached with what looks like a large staple if you unzip the liner and look underneath). The leak was something oily (our guess was someones tanning oil). The liner had oily marks and so did the liner bags that had our shoes in it. The oily substance got onto a pair of sneakers. We cleaned the luggage up as best we could but used a large piece of plastic over the liner to keep our things safe until we got home. The only caution I would give is that the lining on the blue luggage is red/orange color. If it gets wet, the color could bleed. I spot treated and washed the oily liners and they came out clean. The only trouble is cleaning the luggage liner by hand. We plan on trying to seal the area somehow where the bag leaked so we dont run into this problem again. Other than that the luggage was sturdy and traveled well.

I added this to my 28 inch Delsey suitcase. Love it just as much as the big one! Comes with all the same “luxuries” and looks luxurious as well. Two piece set is also Amazon.

Good quality but exceed carry on limitations for most international flights

Have not used the luggage yet but the appearance & craftsmanship is amazing, inside and out.

This arrived missing the hanger, but, more importantly, with the main zipper improperly sewn on so that zipping/unzipping is a nightmare. What a disappointment.

Got this for traveling to Europe where I am taking multiple flights. For 1 flight the max dimensions is 19 inches x 7 inches. So I ordered the 19 inch bag.. buts it’s 21.75 inches! It’s 19 inches on the inside! And 10 inches wide! Which is WAY over the 21x 8 inch max I have found everywhere else for carryons. Super sad.

It hasn’t made a year yet and the suitcase is coming apart. I have never checked it and use it for carry on only, and I take the outmost pride and care of my luggage because I genuinely liked it. It’s definitely not worth the price tag. The threading has started to come part and the design straps are falling off. This is without having gone through any rigorous travels!

Purchased this luggage as a low cost travel bag. The bag is as functional as much more expensive bags and I love it.
