I noticed that one of the needles is missing the grooved part for the connection to the cable. Is there any way to get a replacement part?

Three of the needles were dented. I would like replacements. Both size 8s and one size 10. should be replaced.

Fabulous product. Ive been using them since the day they arrived. And they came much quicker than I thought.

I am extremely pleased with this needle set. Ive used various other needles and find that for me these ones are the perfect degree of fast and smooth without being too grippy or too slick. I love the very pointed tips -- great for slipping and picking up stitches. The joins are completely seamless. And incredibly, the price I paid on amazon US is half what my local yarn store charges (in Canada). I love that I can stop buying individual sizes and lengths. Now I have them all! I havent had any problems with my needles coming undone mid-project. Highly recommend.

I would not change anything about these, except to lower the price. I do love a great bargain. Love these!

They sent me the wrong needle set!!! Very unhappy!!! I ordered red lace set they sent bamboo set. Ok what else do I have to say about how bad this is!!!

These needles are amazing when they work. But after one year of knitting with them the needles separate as you are knitting. No matter what I try (yes I’ve tightened them with the “tool”) I cannot get one of the needles to stay tight. It starts coming apart as I’m knitting causing me to stop and re-tighten as I go. If I miss it the yarn gets caught in the threads of the needle, which I then have to pick out fiber by fiber! Very frustrating!
