Case cracked on first use

on second use one of the main zipper pulls broke. the metal is thin like a soda tab…so it bends and breaks off super easily. handle is not very sturdy and wheels do not roll very easily. got two weekend trips out of this carryon. also, does not have an id tag - so you need to purchase separately.

Im disappointed about a quarter size hole after its first flight. So much for durability. I thought the hard shell would not get damaged and the warranty does not cover airline mishandling. I hope the larger suitcase doesnt get damaged on my next flight.
