The suitcase is lightweight and durable. The color is very nice and is great for travel.

Zipper broke the first time I tried to close it. Unfortunately I bought it more than 30 days before my trip so now I’m stuck with some expensive garbage

You get what you pay for. The extra pieces don’t compensate for this terrible bag. After a second trip the handle wouldn’t close. It seems a screw came loose. Glad this didn’t happen on the plane, especially since it’s supposed to be a carry-on. Screw is lost and perhaps I can fix if I find an exact size screw. Didn’t expect this to a family heirloom, but come one—a few more trips would have been nice. Save your money and get something more durable.

My daughter took 1 trip on American airlines with this brand new luggage and the entire corner caved in from baggage handling. You might think something extraordinary happened to the luggage for this kind of damage but we bought an identical set for our other daughter and her luggage cracked open and a wheel completely fell apart during her 3rd use. This product is GARBAGE and a total waste of money. Wish me luck in getting my money back!

Airline broke it the first time i used it

After using this suitcase for 2 months the wheels are already shot and barely roll. I’m left with having to drag the suitcase and it will have to go in the garbage because there is no use for it, if you can’t roll it. Horrible

So glad I purchased this luggage! I got the black hard case. Checked it once and carried on the other time. It was perfect for American Airlines carry on.

Got it for a young lady that was going off to college. It gave her everything she needed to be able to pack up and get ready for the move.

Cracked the second time it was used! Because there was no space in overhead storage it was stowed by the crew. Returned cracked!
