> 24 hourI like the plot and the characters. The premise is very interesting. I was disappointed in the lack of details and world building.

> 24 hourIve never read this author or heard about this series before. As an introduction to a new author and series, this one was great; short, a great balance of information and some action and enough of an introduction to put the chess pieces on the board. So it wasnt bad. Could I have done with a bit more detail, explanation, a proper ending? Absolutely yes, but it was not to be. Now, as I mentioned, it was quite short... Since I had a quiet evening dedicated to drowning my sorrows in fiction, I thought Id peruse the rest of the series, only to find them all equally short but a lot more pricey. This is a pet peeve of mine; mini novellas sold at the price of full size books, especially where theres no expansion on details, no resolution and closure per book but rather its one story with mini events, split across multiple short books. A lot like a TV series. How do I know Im right? Well, book 1 sets the precedent and as I type, Nash is bleeding out on a hiking path and much information still needs to be shared about Triss new line of work. Book 1 could have taken the time to educate us all (including Tris) more and could have ended on a much more complete note. So if I could pick up the rest of the series at a 99c sale, Id probably do that but otherwise Im okay with where Im at right now.

> 24 hourThis is a really good book. I have not read the rest of the series yet. I have to say I really love the characters. They were well rounded and I was able to connect with them well. My only critic is I felt the book ended to soon. I felt that ifnthis was were the author wished to end this book then there could have been more build up and character interactions especially with Liam and his brothers. Either way though it really was a good read and I will be reading the rest of the series.

> 24 hourTris lives with her mother, a woman who allows herself to be beaten by men she is with at the time. When Tris is kidnapped by her boyfriend, she escapes and leaves town in a hurry. A waitress at a diner recommends a campground to Tris where she can spend the night. Enter the very handsome Liam and his three brothers. Shifters. An RV called Ruby. A waterfall. Magic. An attraction. Coyotes and bears. Absolutely fantastic read. I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book.

> 24 hourI am totally intrigued by this new series. I love Jennifers wolf shifter books, so I know she can write a great shifter series. Im interested to see whats going to happen with these particular species, and what will happen with Triss life in this new world. I am enjoying the characters, and am excited to see what happens next!

> 24 hourThis series is great,I love that Jennifer Snyder can write about all different kinds of things including different kinds of shifters. I like the bears so far lol. Its a great read and I always recommend Jennifer Snyders books for a break away from your day. This book can suck you in and the next thing you know its hours later and book is finished. > 24 hourSo the story in itself was fine but if I had just been attacked I would be in survival mode. I definitely wouldn’t worry about a hot guy. Her reckless behavior bothered me several times. Then the whole mating with the head of the shifter clan felt a bit skeevy. She is right out of high school and the alpha in his 20s at least. This happened in hunt as well. Like give the girls a chance at growing up. I like the characters they are all well done and the story idea is interesting, I just felt like common sense wasn’t much of a factor even though she is smart.
