Chosen (Gem Creek Bears Book 1)

I loved this book. From the moment that I started reading it, I was hooked and could not put it down until I finished the very last page. It moves along at a great pace making this an easy read. The characters are amazing and seem so real that you feel as though you are there with them, experiencing what they are. The story will grab you and not let you go until the very last page is read. This is a must read no doubt about it.

I dont often move on to the next in a series. But for this series Im looking forward to what happens next!

Tris lives with her mother, a woman who allows herself to be beaten by men she is with at the time. When Tris is kidnapped by her boyfriend, she escapes and leaves town in a hurry. A waitress at a diner recommends a campground to Tris where she can spend the night. Enter the very handsome Liam and his three brothers. Shifters. An RV called Ruby. A waterfall. Magic. I read this in 2 days! Just couldn’t put it down. The suspense! Going to get the 2nd book now!!

Pretty good shifter paranormal romance. I liked the characters and the story. The FMC was fun and I’ll definitely read the next one.

This book had a lot of potential. The synopsis of the story was actually better than the book. The story just wasn’t fleshed out, the characters weren’t fleshed out. Then had the nerve to end on a cliffhanger. Definitely not reading the next book. If I could rate it less than one I would.

This book was fast paced. A very good read. Interesting and no smut. It’s worth the read. No two characters resembled each other. Must read!!!

This is a really good book. I have not read the rest of the series yet. I have to say I really love the characters. They were well rounded and I was able to connect with them well. My only critic is I felt the book ended to soon. I felt that ifnthis was were the author wished to end this book then there could have been more build up and character interactions especially with Liam and his brothers. Either way though it really was a good read and I will be reading the rest of the series.

Another great one! Love this new series and cant wait for it to continue.

So the story in itself was fine but if I had just been attacked I would be in survival mode. I definitely wouldn’t worry about a hot guy. Her reckless behavior bothered me several times. Then the whole mating with the head of the shifter clan felt a bit skeevy. She is right out of high school and the alpha in his 20s at least. This happened in hunt as well. Like give the girls a chance at growing up. I like the characters they are all well done and the story idea is interesting, I just felt like common sense wasn’t much of a factor even though she is smart.
