I began my crocheting journey with cheap hooks from Walmart. They hurt my wrist after hours of use and began wearing blisters. I had seen Clover hooks recommended in my online crochet groups and asked for a set for Valentines day. Upon using them, I fell in love and have refused to use anything else. I had ordered this single hook for some bulky weight yarn I had and it was perfect. The handles are well constructed and durable. The rubber grip feels nice and makes the hook slide less in your hand. The tips glide through yarn like butter.
