Clover 1055/L Amour Crochet Hook, Size L/8.0mm

I really liked the feel of this one and it moved smoothly through the yarn but one hard tug and it snapped.

Easy to hold and yarn slides through yarn very nicely. Buy it, you wont be sorry.

I have been using both Clover Amour and Soft Touch as well as Tulip Etimo crochet hooks for many years. It has made the difference (for me) of being able to crochet without pain. The ergonomic style of these hooks keeps my hand from cramping and my elbow from hurting.

The ergonomic shape makes this hook easy to use. The hook shape easily catches the yarn without splitting it.

Yay! This is my first crochet hook ever (size L 8.00 mm)... making scarf for my hubby... it’s my first project and very easy to work with... thanks to other reviewers who made my decision clear.. just one thing I didn’t like about is it’s overpriced...

I love Clover hooks. Theyre my absolute favorite, but I keep breaking the larger hooks. If they would make hooks above a 6 in metal, they would be perfect. I buy 2 hooks at a time because I like to work in multiple projects at a time. Thankfully because I do that, I have a back up when I break one, usually. I tried using Gorilla Glue to put them back together, but they just break again. Please make them out of metal, even if it makes them cost more.

I have Clover’s Amour set and love everyone of them. When I needed an L hook for a new project I had no hesitation seeking out the size in the same brand & design. These hooks are game changers for comfortable crocheting!!
