Clover Amour Crochet Hooks - Set of 5 - for Working with Thick Yarns

These hooks are just Wonderful!!. There is no comparison between them and the hooks I was previously using. Im doing a project that requires inserting the hook into tight spaces and it handles that beautifully!! m I would recommend them to Anyone!!

Best crochet hooks ever, I love how the yarn so smoothly glides. I wish I could get this same style in the smaller sized hooks. Also love the handles and the the length. My first option whenever I start a project.

I had previously purchased the set for woking with normal yarns and when this set came out, I wanted it! Clover really knows what is good and comfortable for your hands and it makes crocheting even more enjoyable. However, the price for the set costs more than to buy them individually. So if you are considering to buy them, you may want to check out the individual prices first.

Honestly, I dont care for the plastic hooks. I can tell that they have tried to make these as smooth as possible, but they will never be as slick or as fast as aluminum hooks. I also dont care for the grip. They caused me to crochet way too loosey goosey. I like the little indention on a regular hook so you know where to put your finger and thumb. I cant hold these the same way Ive been holding a crochet hook for the past 57 years! Also, I prefer an inline hook, like my favorite Susan Bates, which seems to catch the yarn better. With these hooks, it seems like Im circling 3-4 times before catching my yarn. I used them for one project, but Ill probably never use again.

Clover Amour crochet hooks are the best crochet hooks I have found! They are soft and comfortable to hold. The tapered hook end easily and perfectly slides through yarn stitches. The straight hook section makes for easy and consistent stitch formation. I prefer the metal hook ends on the smaller sizes, but the ABS resin in the larger sizes does keep them very lightweight. So, I am still very happy with them!
