Just what I wanted

Size of the product was much smaller then I thought

I shave my head every day and regularly cut myself from rushing. Then everyone feels the need to point it out to me all day long like it’s super serious. These work awesome, I wet it slightly under showe hot water, whipe the blood off the cut and then rub this on and it totally stops the bleeding and you can’t see anything.

When I went on blood thinners a year ago, I struggled to stop the bleeding in minor cuts and scrapes. I’d use pressure and tissues and think it had stopped only to have to start over. I’d forgotten about the styptic pencils I’d used for years for shaving nicks. I ordered these and easy peasy. Wet the pointy end, rub it on the bleeding area andit stops. They do sting a bit, but so does pulling off the tissue that sticks in the cut that finally stopped bleeding after forever.

This product works great on small Nicks and cuts. Price is great

Styptic Pencils were once standard fare as part of a mans shaving routine... and my pop still prefers to use a hand razor. Nice to have 3 pencils in one order. They are pretty petite, but unless you typically slice your neck open every morning... um... they should last a good long time!

They do what they are supposed to do but they are delicate and easily broken. If you are looking for alum for shaving you are better off to by an alum block instead. The plastic tube they come in does not allow them to dry after use so you have to leave them out to air dry.

Ive used this product, or one like it, for over 60 years. Im now on blood thinners and Its the best thing Ive found for nicks and cuts.
