Great product to replace the stock head strap but once you put it on, it’s extremely difficult to remove. It’s not something you can muscle off without breaking the oculus arms themselves. So plan on keeping it on once you do it.

I really had high hopes based of the high rating. But, the reality is awful. I went with this design because of the 3 levels of balancing by cupping around the back of the head. It doesnt. Only the middle bar touches your head. The top and bottom serve no purpose. No matter how I try to position it or tighten it I can still reach back and slide both of my hands under the top and bottom bars. If my head was flat as a board it may work fine, but I dont know anyone with a totally flat head. Because of this really bad design flaw it doesnt balance anything. In fact, the pressure on my face was so much worse I had to remove it within about 10 - 15 minutes because of getting a bad headache. Now the dread of trying to remove this considering how much pressure and pushing it took to get it on and the worry of hoping this thing doesnt break my very expensive quest. The listing should state this is designed for flat headed people only...

I purchased a rowing machine recently and I’m using Holofit to row in virtual reality. I am completely obsessed with the rowing program. I am not an exerciser, but I can’t go a day without at least a 30 minute row in VR. Having this extra support means, I don’t have to touch my headset at all during even the most vigorous race on my Rower. It’s really great. I’m so glad we got them.

This is sooo much better than the original strap and unlike most straps that feel like a vice grip on your head, this one allows so much flexibility on your own comfort level of how you want your Quest 2 to fit on your head. The battery life is great as well and adds a nice counterweight to the weight of the Quest to balance out over the head. Would definitely recommend, especially for the value.

Adjusts easily and well made, only two complaints. There is a piece that will poke you in the ear, seems to be the corner of the rear cushion. Also the over the head strap sticks to the skin of your head if you shave bald. I had to tape some paper towels so my skin wouldnt touch that material.

Very comfortable and sturdy, easy to adjust as well. The over the head strap isnt made of the most comfortable material bit still better than the original hair pulling straps

My kids are rough on stuff! But this really helped keep the oculus one their heads an easy to adjust

This replacement for the head strap included with the Quest 2 makes the whole experience of using the Quest 2 so much better. For what a Q2 costs, this is the type of strap they should include, but since they dont Im really happy that this option is available. The stock strap is terrible, it causes the headset to sit uncomfortably and causes fatigue. This replacement makes it so much more comfortable to use and wear for an extended amount of time. This is a solid, necessary purchase if you own the Oculus QUEST 2

There are so many head strap options out there but this is by far the best I’ve tried. The head strap that comes with the OQ2 is just elastic bands with velcro. It always felt like the OQ2 was going to fly off my head when I played beat saber or golf no matter how tight I adjusted it. This head strap is perfect. It has the solid frame that keeps it stable on the back of the head with a simple elastic and velcro on the top. Many people complain about this breaking but I honestly don’t know what they’re doing to break the hard straps?? In any event, if it did break, for me, it’s worth it to buy another set because the “grip” it has on your head when adjusted right is perfect.
