They fall out out of the phone and the coil is so stiff it doesn’t stretch!

As busy as our lives are, it is very difficult to attempt to return an item within the allowed time that it is just not good to be in the consumer market. I don’t even want a refund. I just want people to know what you are dealing with if you purchase this product. Good luck

Im using one of these in my Crosstrek with my phone and it works great and doesnt hang all over the place like the four-foot cable I was using previously. Its a fairly heavy cable and the coiling is pretty stiff, so the coiled part really isnt all that useful as it will pull out of the USB jack (or may even damage it) if you pull hard enough to extend it very far. It might be possible to manually stretch it to break it in, but I havent experimented as its current length is great for me. Works fine with Apple Car Play.

This is the perfect length for my car. I’m an Uber driver so my phone is mounted on my dashboard. A one foot cord is too short and a three foot is too long. The coil has just the right amount of tension that it doesn’t move around nor does it pull the phone off the mount or unplug from the phone. I need the hard wire connection for full functionality of the Uber app as well as music services and navigation. No connection issues.

I have this to connect my Iphone to the head unit. I like the coil since the cable is not draping around.

This is poorly made, either it doesnt charge and when it does it stops charging, sometimes it even falls off the phone, poorly designed I cannot believe I wasted my money on this, I do not know how, of the 1000+ reviews, it has 4.3 stars!!??

Love this product for use in the car. Tucks away nicely after use and does it’s intended job without the mess of unsightly wire mess!!
