> 3 dayThe coil is quite rigid and does not extend easily. This results in a significant amount of pressure on the USB plug when the coil is extended, which makes me worry about the potential to damage the USP port. My intended use is in a car and the product does not work well for this use.

Greater than one weekI’ve only tried one cable in the car so far but it worked fine for charging and CarPlay. The second cable worked for charging as well (have not tried CarPlay on that one)

> 3 dayI use this for my IPAD in my airplane with Foreflight.. Seems to work ok. 6 seems to be about the right Length, the 3 is way too short!

> 3 dayGot them for the car, so I did’t have a mess of wires all over the place. Perfect length when not in use and sit out of the way.

> 3 daySockets for providing electrical power for iphone include cigarette lighter slot, middle, lower dashboard or along divider of front seats. Space is used optimally when coil expands to connect to phone.

Greater than one weekI tried this cable to go from my cigarette lighter socket to my phone grip. It MIGHT be 26”. The cord is coiled so tight that it pulls on my phone. You can get 3 feet out of it if you really stretch it, but it just springs back. I’ve had these a couple months and they show no sign of relaxing. If you are looking for a comfortable 2.5 foot reach, go for a longer coil.
