> 3 dayWas weary about buying these but I’m so glad I did. They are AMAZING! So easy to use and makes hanging on photos and other things a cinch. Totally recommend especially if you don’t want to put holes in your walls. I will definitely buy again.

> 3 dayI wanted to hang pictures without putting any nails in my walls so I tried Command Picture Hanging Strips. They are easy to use and so far are holding the pictures securely. I followed the weight limits and its only been a week but so far so good.

> 3 dayOK, so Ive totally come around on these. In the past, I wrote these strips off because I thought the nail hangers or an actual nail was much easier to use. What I failed to notice is that these solve the problem Ive had in almost every house Ive lived in — frames blown crooked by a draft or a door opening and closing. These keep the frames from budging so I dont have to spend my life trying to keep them straightened. Especially good for a gallery wall, when any crookedness especially stands out. This might be a no-brainer, but its easier to place the strips on the wall if theyre already velcroed to the ones stuck on the frame. Just press and hold the frame with the adhesive parts peeled off and theyll be aligned without any complex math.

> 3 dayI like to use these for wall decor because I hate patching holes-even small ones made by H-hooks. Also because I know I can rely on them to always work. Most of my decor is S-Army finds I fix up, so picture frames often don’t have hanging hardware. They also allow you to adhere things together that normally would be hard to adhere. Example: adhere a wood scroll to glass - without these, I couldn’t remove it twice a year togive the scroll and the glass a good clean.

> 3 dayMy side walls are plaster over brick, so I wanted to hang most things without, you know, getting the impact driver out just to put put in a simple screw. Most Command products did nothing but fall off the wall within a day, maybe 2. But these actually do hold up pictures. Ive had some up for almost a year now, and there are no signs that they are going to drop. Now, I do use about 3x more than should be necessary for the weight of the decoration (if it says that one will hold 2 pounds, and my picture weighs 2 pounds, I use 3, maybe 4!), but, so far, so good, on keeping my pictures on the wall!

29-11-2024Normally I swear by Command strips. Ive used them for years and never had an issue with them until this specific package. I usually buy them in person, but none of the stores near me had the size I needed, so I ordered the medium picture hanging strips online. The strips in this package refused to hold to the wall, no matter what I did. I followed all the same steps as usual, and I tried with several pairs, but they would immediately peel off the wall or the item I was trying to hang. I didnt dare actually try to let the strips bear any weight. On top of all that, one sheet of the strips (four pairs) arrived with some kind of gross brown dirt on them, with the bristles intended to snap together all crushed and damaged. Im trying to make it work as best I can, but Im real disappointed. Im not sure what happened to this batch, but I probably wont try to get these on Amazon anymore.

> 3 dayI purchased these about six months ago, and have been meaning to write a review. Let me start by first saying, I do generally like Command adhesive products, and have generally had great success using these products (in my office at work, and in a rented apartment), but this is the worst of many packages of Command products I have purchased. First, these did not come in the 3M Command packaging - these came in a clear plastic bag, like how you get the screws and bolts for DIY furniture. I was like, okay, Ive gotten other products off Amazon that didnt have the original packaging, assuming because of damage in the warehouse or something, and they worked perfectly fine. So, I kept these. BIG MISTAKE. These were the worst Command items to work with. First, is just about impossible to get the backing off these strips - Im talking, if you are lucky enough to get a 2mm edge free with your fingernails, you need to bite with your front teeth and try to pull the rest off. Secondly, similar to what other reviewers have stated, even if you do get the backing off (sometimes a fine layer of paper remains) , the adhesive mostly peels off, then snaps back in a messy blob...its kind like that goopy adhesive on the back of new credit cards, but way thinner, stickier, and impossible to straighten out and attempt to use. Finally, I did manage to get some usable strips out of my pack (of 16 sets, I believe) and at home hung a 10x12 frame - not heavy - to have it fall after a few weeks. And because maybe Im a moron, Ive used strips from the same package and rehung the picture only to have it eventually fall two more times. Just yesterday it fell again and the frame finally broke, which prompted me to write this review. At work, I hung a much larger, heavier dry erase calendar and it fell twice as well. I finally ended up using clear pushpins all around the bottom corners to keep it in place. The person who moves into my office after me is going to think Im nuts. Please note, despite all the negativity, I have purchased the same item on Amazon in the past and those hanging strips worked great - I would just be careful purchasing from this particular item option because Im suspicious that this is a fake 3M product, or if it is, it may be a defective batch that someone chose to sell anyway. Its not like im out a ton of money, its just disappointing.
