The old Pro 333 top ring rotates, while the new Contractor 333 has a notch prevents the top ring to rotate. Thus, you may have to revise existing p-trap. Other than that, all is well.

If you want a good disposal that doesnt rust out this is a good one to get. I installed one for myself years ago and just bought two of these-one for my friend and one spare. Being 3/4 horse these are great and easy to install. A little more noise than the smaller horse models but not too bad.

Remove old disposal, transfer power cord from old to new, twist new disposal onto the old mounting ring attached to your sink. That’s it.
