So far it seems great. We havent used it yet, since we just received the bag.

I havent had it for long, my laptop fits perfectly. There are a few things i dont like about the bag and that is I cant fit all of my books, and i have about three big books and a couple of small notebooks. The other thing is it ripped after I had the bag for almost four weeks. The bag is not durable, so if thats what you are looking for. Dont get this bag, if you are looking for durability and capacity wise.

I LOVE this bag! Has great space & for everything I need to carry plus some. Its so convenient to be able to switch from a backpack when walking around the airport to a shoulder bag when in meetings, and it converts between the different carrying options easily. The only thing I would change is the zippers, when you unzip then all the way, the zipper handle is between two pieces of fabric and is sometimes a little hard too get a grip on it when you need to zip back up. Minor inconvenience in an otherwise great bag.

So I swear trying to find a backpack for a 17.3 laptop seems impossible even with the internet. Theyre mainly all black and that color gets old after a while. I am not one to venture from shopping directly from Amazon but considering there were little options to be had, I decided to give this a whirl. My laptop is for gaming but I bought it for the specs and it has a lip in the back that extends for the fan which makes it larger than normal which makes it even more challenging to find a backpack to fit it. Anyhow, it barely fits with zero room to spare. On the laptop part on the zipper you can add a lock to it. What I do not like is on the main compartment you cannot add a lock to the zipper. The color is a medium brown, was looking for an earthy color. You can tuck in the handles but they end up in other compartments which is not the end of the world but could get in the way. Looks like theres a 2 year warranty which isnt too shabby considering the price. The backpack straps are padded and I love that there are three different ways to carry, cross body, backpack or handles. I wish they made this in a rose pink and sage green and other sophisticated colors.

I originally purchased this bag to hold my Dell 15 computer FIVE years ago. I still use this bag frequently, and all parts: zippers, straps, and enclosures are still like NEW! I use it mainly as a messenger case during the week and backpack when traveling. I do appreciate the small things like the strap that allows me to secure it to a telescoping suitcase handle and the pocket to hide the backpack straps. The fabric has held up remarkably well without any marks after being thrown under the airline seat or under my office desk that doesnt always get cleaned.

This bag is well built, seems sturdy. The backpack part is a nice touch, but I am mostly using it over the shoulder. I had an initial problem where I didnt get a strap with it, but the strap wasnt in the bag. The company quickly corrected the issue by sending me another bag. Excellent customer service. The bag itself is very roomy with plenty of pockets inside. The zipper in the front pocket is hard to access sometimes, I would recommend attaching a string of some sort to make it easier to access. The other issues is the front handle is tucked into a zipper, if you want to use it all the time, that pocket is connected to the pocket with the zipper pocket in the front. With the handle out, any contents you had are exposed since the zipper cant close once you have the handle out.

Like the bag, but one of the backpack straps came with two female connectors so you cant connect them. This means it cant be used as a backpack. Ill change this review of vendor will send another connector as I really like the bag. Updated: vendor sending replacement and has reported manufacturing error. Changing rating based on vendor responsiveness as I love the bag other than connector issue.

I get complemented on this backpack every week. Love that it converts but I use almost exclusively as a backpack, occasionally using small briefcase handles. For me, the winning feature is that it is a backpack that doesn’t look like one, smooth clean lines I can wear this with casual or business attire and not feel weird about wearing a backpack. I got the purple and it is gorgeous. Durability: Had 9 months so far, still in great shape no sign of wear. Has a slight texture so clean spills quickly unless you want to be brushing it out to get every tiny bit. Size: I’m 5’2” and it fits great. Plenty of room on adjustable straps so this can work for someone much bigger. Comfort: comfortable. My commute is not long, can’t comment how it would feel after long wear. Ease of use: Always remember to zip closed and where to grab it from before putting it on your back. Zipper is on side when it’s on your back - you’ve been warned.

Back strap no longer holds reasonable weight after 2 years.

I love this computer bag. Its not heavy, but very roomy. Fits my laptop as well as an additional Monitor that I need for business. Also fits comfortably my tablet. Plenty of room for the cords and a purse. I love wearing it on my back, to free up my two hands and to even out the weight.
