These bags have taken a beating. One even went down a gravel road for 2 miles and the wheels are still great. They’re scuffed and banged up now but they’ve been excellent bags. Happy to see they’re still for sale I may get my girlfriend a set too here soon.

I’ve enjoyed my cool life luggage. The colors are great and the wheels work great. When I had a problem with my 24 inch after 1 year I was able to talk to someone on the phone right away. I was given an email address to send a picture of the problem along with my original order number and I had a new suitcase delivered to me at no charge within 1 week.

The colour is perfect! Wheels are smooth and don’t get stuck. Lots of room and I love that one side of the inside fully zips.

I have had these for a few months now. I bought these since I was planning a trip out of the country that my little carry on was not going to be sufficient for. As a tester for the smallest suitcase, I did take it on a small weekend trip out of town as a carry on to see if it would be accepted, (the answer is yes, at least for Southwest airlines). And it worked well for its purpose, it does have more room than my other carry on, and moved very well! Move to a couple months later, Im using and checking the biggest size for my trip to Europe. And Ill tell you, it went through a good workout! Its hard to say whether its a pro or a con, but when I received my luggage upon landing in Europe the logo lag had been lost, and there were some scrapes and bruises. Its hard to determine if it just wasnt cared for in travel, or if its cheap. It is totally possible it is both, as the material does feel thin, but if it was just thrown around, it didnt bust. I say thats a plus! I did a lot of walking and public transport while in Europe, and I will say this got some mileage! Bumpy cobblestone pathways, multiple train rides, the wheels pulled through! Rarely snagging, although the bottom of the suitcase would hit the ground every once and while, although that was probably through my own error. I think these are worth a buy, once again the material does feel a little cheap, but with the trip I took with these, Id say they proved their worth. Looking forward to more traveling with these in the future. :)

I bought this as a gift for my daughter. She loves them they are so nice, color is fantastic so glad I got them for her perfect graduation gift.

Bought for my husband! He absolutely loved the colors and the sturdiness of the bags! The added security is a plus. Locks are easy to program. Very happy!!

Traveled on American Airlines. I bought luggage covers just in case for scratches for these luggage except for the carry on. Luggage held up pretty well travelling from Va to NC to WA. Was offered free checked baggage for my carry on for the little luggage in the 3 piece set. I took the free-bee deal, then i started to worry it might have been a mistake given that i didnt buy a luggage cover for it and that it might get hammered by every other passengers larger checked luggage. But, at the final destination, my fears were alleviated, the little carry on luggage was in very good condition, wheels were intact, suit case overall still looked new. The handle got a little stuck one time when i tried to retract it back , but it worked on the second or third try. Had no issues since then. On the way back to the East Coast, I didnt take another chance with the carry on luggage. I brought it on the American Airlines flight with no problems or worries. The larger checked luggage held up great and still looks new traveling from the east coast to west coast roundtrip. Overall, Im happy with this purchase.

Great product/purchase.

Purchased this for my daughter for graduation and so far it is exactly as pictured. I ordered yellow color, thought it would be easier to ID on the luggage carousel, and am very pleased with the color. The color is a beautiful squash yellow and not too bright or obnoxious. 4 wheels that easily maneuver and TSA locks that appear sturdy. Havent used it for flight travel, will update you on durability after one.
