Holds up well

These are beautiful pieces, reasonably priced, sturdy and easy to use. Would definitely buy again.

It’s been a year since I bought and used the luggage. I travel frequently for work, 3-4 times out of the year, then I take weekend trips and vacation. Out of the whole set I use the carry-on the most. Overall if your a light traveler, a vacation once a year or a weekend trip here and there, it’s ok. For frequent travelers it’s best to spend the extra money for better quality luggage. Here’s why. After a few months into my carry-on got scuffs easy. I didn’t mind, It happens I put stickers on mine to identify it in the airport, so no big issue. The wheels, and handle are still good, no issues there. In the inside the seem ripped along the zipper. Once I got back home and contacted warranty. It’s within two years. I went to the website, number doesn’t work, busy signal? So I emailed. The email reply was quick. I sent them pictures and order info. They mentioned the return/exchange process was long so they offered a refund of 25 dollars, I would keep the carry-on. I did mention of my travel frequency, I would rather get a replacement. I ask what the return/exchange process was because it was not listed on website. My question was ignored twice kept offering the refund. After I asked it should be increased they offered 35.00max. I accept the refund. It was applied the next day. After my experience using the luggage, you get what you paid for. For me it’s better to spend extra 300- 500 for the amount of times I’m going to use it. In addition, don’t be fooled by the warranty coverage. I’m assuming they don’t do exchanges/returns and offer just a refund instead. Regarding this luggage brand overall. Light travel ok, frequent travel, no go, best is save and buy something better.

I got the set of luggage today & was surprised that the color is more of a matte eggplant than the shinier purple shown in photo. Its still pretty-just different from what is shown. I havent had a chance to use it yet but it is lightweight & seems sturdy enough.

These suitcases are great. Lots of room and very durable and stable. I bought the purple ones and they are exactly as pictured. Great set for the price. Would recommend to family and friends

I really like this rich red color and they are lightweight. The wheels are a bit smaller than my old set but there is no problem getting around. The set seems durable and theres a combination lock that works great. Its wonderful that they can all be stored the 28. I used the 26 on a weekend getaway and TSA didnt bang it up so it held up just fine. I packed a bit more in my luggage because the its lightweight. I really like that!

These are excellent suitcases and I like that I can store them inside each other when not in use. Just came back from a long business trip and I actually got compliments on these suitcases. Hold a lot, sturdy, and very light weight. Highly recommend

The white luggages are easily identifiable but its prone to dirt and scratches. Not a great sight to see but its durable and easy to maneuver
