But I contacted the customer service department and the went out of thier way to help fix my problem. As of right now they are replacing my luggage. And sending right out to me. I thank you very much for the understanding and concern. We all know that the airports beat up our luggage. But this buy is well worth the money and warranty. I will repost the new luggage when it comes in. Very happy with this product considering the bad zipper.. I added the original and then replacement.. Thank for the help.

> 3 dayI like that this set (28”, 24”, & 20”) nest into the larger suitcase for storage which is especially useful on a cruise ship. The cases feel solidly built and all roll easily across multiple surfaces (hard floors and carpets). These cases do not expand, but if packed right, that will not be a problem. They come in a variety of colors that should suit many taste with the added benefit of finding a color that stands out from everyone else’s suitcase. They come with a two year warranty.

They are gorgeous, easy to roll and so smooth. They also seem lightweight for being hard shell. I cannot wait to use these

> 3 dayI’ve used this set maybe twice now…. Pretty good luggage and rolls fine. The shell does leave a white scuff mark if it’s scratched but other than that it’s fine.
