I love the product and it’s going to work perfect for a family of four doing a two week trip. However, the picture of the apricot white - it appears the case itself is white and the edges are brown. So that is what I had expected when it had arrived so it would match another bag of mine. In the photo you can clearly tell the suitcase is in fact not white. It’s more of a khaki color. So that’s disappointing. Outside of that, so far so good. 5/23/23 updated from 3 to 5 stars (because of the costumer service from the company) The company was nice enough to reach out to me about the issue that I posted and was willing to refund a partial amount for the issues that I experienced. I was not expecting this by any means, they were very kind in the email response and I’d be happy to purchase from them again when the time comes.

I purchase the three set Coolife luggage. 28 inch piece and the 20 inch piece were in excellent condition the 24 inch piece had a defective washing mechanism. We would like to have the 24 inch either repaired or replaced by the manufacture.

I never really purchased quality luggage and this was the best purchase I made. Very reliable, sturdy, and easy maneuver. Also, fits great in my closet as I can compact them inside each other.

It’s been a year since I bought and used the luggage. I travel frequently for work, 3-4 times out of the year, then I take weekend trips and vacation. Out of the whole set I use the carry-on the most. Overall if your a light traveler, a vacation once a year or a weekend trip here and there, it’s ok. For frequent travelers it’s best to spend the extra money for better quality luggage. Here’s why. After a few months into my carry-on got scuffs easy. I didn’t mind, It happens I put stickers on mine to identify it in the airport, so no big issue. The wheels, and handle are still good, no issues there. In the inside the seem ripped along the zipper. Once I got back home and contacted warranty. It’s within two years. I went to the website, number doesn’t work, busy signal? So I emailed. The email reply was quick. I sent them pictures and order info. They mentioned the return/exchange process was long so they offered a refund of 25 dollars, I would keep the carry-on. I did mention of my travel frequency, I would rather get a replacement. I ask what the return/exchange process was because it was not listed on website. My question was ignored twice kept offering the refund. After I asked it should be increased they offered 35.00max. I accept the refund. It was applied the next day. After my experience using the luggage, you get what you paid for. For me it’s better to spend extra 300- 500 for the amount of times I’m going to use it. In addition, don’t be fooled by the warranty coverage. I’m assuming they don’t do exchanges/returns and offer just a refund instead. Regarding this luggage brand overall. Light travel ok, frequent travel, no go, best is save and buy something better.

Bought for my husband! He absolutely loved the colors and the sturdiness of the bags! The added security is a plus. Locks are easy to program. Very happy!!

These are beautiful pieces, reasonably priced, sturdy and easy to use. Would definitely buy again.
